Their website is horrendous and I have yet to be able make an appointment online. I had to call to make an appointment -- IF YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM PLAN ON AT LEAST A 1.5 HOUR WAIT TO SPEAK TO ANYONE! Just warning you as their message should warn folks of the wait time to speak with anyone. I saw one of their doctors and I think she was fine. I am now trying to make a folllow-up appointment and again, cannot seem to do so. I am currently on hold.....its been 1 hour and 15 minutes so far...... I'm DONE! Your Customer Service is nonexistant.
