The other key component is planned interaction between students of all 8 grades. Going into 3rd grade, with the same teacher my daughter had in 1st and 2nd grade, she was anticipating the classes and activities that are attributed annually to the 3rd grade. Yes, she will have woodwork. Yes, her class will play traditionally 3rd-grade roles in the fall festival. Yes, her class will go on the weeklong farm trip to New York. In the curriculum, Waldorf wrote-in these three and dozens of other activities that are predictable. That predictability creates student anticipation, participation and success.

I go too this school, I'm in the 7th grade and this is my second year. I don't like how the…read moreteachers favor their students, and they are too strict on the uniform. I have never disliked my school into I disliked this one.we can't wear jeans, we can't wear certain colored shoes, we get written up if our skirt is too "short", and some of the teachers lie(not calling them out). I recommend you sending your children there for pre-k. But I will admit there's some awesome administrators. Like Mrs.Elkins, Mrs.Mcaffe , Mr.Whitehead , Mr.Layton, Mrs and Mr. Masterson. But one more thing, my math teacher isn't certified too be a math teacher, the kids in my class just talk the whole class and then fails all of us. I miss Mrs.Thompson she really helped me in math and I hope she decides too come back. Overall. I give this school a 40%

Teachers also are getting too close with students in a sexual way, and there is a lot of sexism against their teenage girls. This school does not have any student body or student get together activities including prom or other celebrations , also students are very inappropriate and out of control, sexually assaulting both females and males. They also have been bullying young kids on the spectrum , also when I visited this school, there were teachers saying they don't shower, and the odor was very unpleasant .They do not teach about hygiene or and type of sexual education , also the principal is completely strict against students who express themselves in any modern-day fashion from restricting from hair colors , even jewelry for both men and women. They also do not like when students have their natural curly hair out even though this is a predominantly African American school.I hope you will not send your child here as I did because that will be a grave mistake.
