Both doctors really care about their patients and are kind, firm and transparent. Their assistants and the lab are also caring and good at what they do. The front desk staff was very pleasant over the phone and in person. They have also been great when I've called with questions or getting help. The facility is clean and well organized too. When I moved to Seattle, finding a new doctor was way more difficult than I expected and I quickly realized that a good relationship with a primary care physician was crucial as you go from your late 20s to early 40s. I couldn't believe it when I found out that Dr. Mike was moving to Seattle! Having peace of mind and a plan for my health is more important than ever to me since I need to live a long, happy, and healthy life for me and my family. I've recommended Dr. Mike to many friends and family members. His approach to health and diet, attention to detail, listening to my concerns, and genuine care of his patients is hard to give a Yelp rating to, but he truly deserves my 5 star rating.

We were scheduled a week later for our exam after we called. The wait times were long, on the day of appointment we waited about an hour in our car in the parking lot (the office is small and they try to maintain social distancing). The doctor was very polite and curteous and didn't schedule any unnecessary tests. The fees were the lowest in the region at $180 per person for the exam. The office billed our tests to our insurance. Two days later the doctor called back with a vaccination that we could do at the time of picking up paperwork (or at any other pharmacy before that). We did not have to schedule an appointment for picking up our paperwork but the doctor was taking an early lunch that day (the staff kept us waiting for 45 minutes without telling that upfront :( ) But once the doctor was back, it hardly took 5 minutes.

She's energetic, she listens, she's not set in her ways, and she's open to different types of healing. Would rate this 0/5 stars if I could. I scheduled an annual…read moreappointment and checked in at the front desk with no issues.. during the appointment itself, everything was normal. I've had physicals in the past so I know how they go. There was nothing out of the ordinary in this one. They took my blood, listened to heartbeat, did reflexes, etc. I finished and was sent on my way. 2 weeks later I surprisingly receive a bill and it appears that my insurance didn't cover anything at all, despite insurance supposedly covering annual check-ups. I call their billing dept. and was told that since I mentioned having more headaches than normal, it was an office visit rather than an annual checkup? Wtf? I've had physicals in the past where they ask how I'm doing and I tell them honestly and have never been billed. I ask why wasn't I told during my check in, and the person on the phone says that the medical assistant tried to called me but couldn't reach me and so they changed it without my knowledge and consent. If I had known that I was going to get charged for bringing up a topic I COULD LITERALLY GOOGLE, I would have never came in. Procedures for a physical were also conducted so why isn't that also there in the notes? Very sus and super opaque by my standards. They also said that the doctor told me during the exam but that's a lie, because I would have left immediately. What incentive does a doctor have to tell you that you'd be billed for something, when they get paid for it? It seems like this clinic doesn't give two hoots about the actual health of their patients and are just out for your money. I had multiple calls trying to talk to someone who could do something about this, but all they said was that "we can't change it because the service was provided". So, if I go in, and they give me something I never asked for, I'm billed? I'm out $400, because of negligence and a lack of effort to try to do the right thing. These people are horrible and don't care about you. Also keep in mind that you must lie to your doctor during physicals if there's anything wrong, because if you tell the truth, they'll bill you. Doesn't make a lot of sense, does it?

The quality of care is 10/10. They've helped me get more comfortable with explaining and expressing myself, I have social anxiety so they've been extremely helpful with that. They always get it wrong and make what im trying to do 100 times harder. When you complain in person they give a phone to call it the same garbage system. No one is willing to address or talk about the issue. Great doctors as long as you dont need to talk to them over the phone.

It's a huge bonus that they have urgent care- so many kid issues require last minute appointments and we've never had trouble getting in. Appointments do not feel super rushed. It's cleaner than most doctors offices I've been too. The only down side is during busy times (like after school) the waiting room is packed with sick kids sitting really close to you. All in all though, good quality healthcare is really hard to find these days, and they are doing it pretty well here.
