Absolutely outrageous experience. My car broke down near this shop, and they clearly took advantage…read moreof the situation knowing I had limited options after the tow. For a basic alternator replacement and oil change on my 2014 Toyota RAV4, I was charged nearly $1,500 total. Breakdown: * Alternator replacement: $1,100 * Electrical diagnosis: $250 * Oil change: $150 After the repair, I called a Toyota dealership for comparison, and even the dealer quoted pricing that was about $500 less than what I paid here. The pricing felt extremely excessive and predatory, especially for someone stranded with a broken-down car. I strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before authorizing repairs at this shop. I can provide the full receipts and invoice breakdown if needed.

Front desk is always accommodating and currently Derek fits me in whenever I have a problem with my car. I'm sure if you shopped around you may find cheaper on some repairs and maybe not but for me the reliability is what counts. Eric absolutely always has my back, will go above and beyond to make sure I know what's wrong with my car and what he can do to fix it. There's never any pressure to have work done. They tell me what I need and don't try to upsell me. That's why I keep coming back. I trust that if there was something they couldn't fix they would send me to somewhere reliable. I will keep coming back while the current admin is there. Thank you Jersey Auto.

I would definitely get my car repaired here. The team is very responsive and knowledgeable, they don't give you the runaround like many I've visited in the past. I've seen so many high end vehicles at this facility and then have their own suspension system repair shop as well. I wouldn't hesitate to use them going forward if you want your car back in OEM condition.

I would strongly recommend avoiding this business…read more As a new customer, my experience has been exceptionally poor, both financially and, more importantly, in terms of how I was treated. I was charged approximately $700 in "administrative fees," in addition to what I consider an untenable daily storage charge. Prospective customers would be well advised to understand these fees in detail before allowing their vehicle to be brought here. Far more troubling, however, was my experience dealing with Tyler McNee. In my interactions with him, I found him extraordinarily unfriendly, dismissive, and rude. Basic courtesy and professional customer service seemed entirely absent. What should have been a straightforward business interaction instead became unnecessarily unpleasant and adversarial. I rarely write reviews this negative, but the combination of the fees and the remarkably poor treatment warrants one. There are plenty of stressful circumstances surrounding an accident or vehicle repair already. A customer should not also have to contend with disrespectful and hostile communication from the people being paid to handle the vehicle. Based on my experience, I would avoid this business at all costs. Whatever convenience it may offer is simply not worth the fees, aggravation or level of communication I encountered.

I then purchased a new vehicle and returned to Glassons when my warranty expired a few years later for a routine oil change and filter. Th next morning, I noticed a large puddle of oil beneath the car and brought the car back to the shop. Returning the vehicle again, the tech found that the drain plug on the pan also had not been secured correctly. I departed the shop receiving no apology for the shoddy workmanship and am left with a large oil stain in my garage as a reminder.

I asked them not to mount front license, not only did they, it was mounted wrong, off center and crooked. they fix it but now there are 2 dimples in bumper. asked to fix several dents, most the just paint over or where they filled it in u can clearly still see dent. they paint the doors, the paint was in perfect condition except for dents and spots on the front bottom and top, the remained unpainted and clearly visible. chips in door leading edge were not taken car of and still visible. don't know what they thought I wanted paint, what was painted already I guess. the used a screw driver to try to take off my tweeter and damage the surface. they used screwdriver to remove the inside door handle etc and damaged trim. they put back my outside trim kick plate without any fasteners. that is just a small sample of what they did wrong. they said they could fix it just bring it in, I said how they fixed the bumper. I mean come on. while I was there another customer had return bc they were have trouble with their rear door after Ed,s worked on it. I wouldn't take it back to give them a chance to fix it , not after I saw how they fixed my bumper the second time. thinking of suing to get my money back. oh I forgot they waxed the car for me. all my black trim was left with wax. they left wax on parts they didn't paint. after a few rain days, I can see swirls all over paint job. they put back my spoiler, without any sealant and when it rains I get water in trunk.
