I chose a dentist close to me, and it was going OK for the first two years, with the same dentist every time, and then the revolving dentist door started, and they messed my tooth up so bad. I wish I never left Dr. Kubinak to be honest. But with arms wide open, Dr. Kubinak took me in right away ASAP, first appointment he could, and through two separate sessions, I got my tooth under control again. I AM SO GRATEFUL. Tooth pain is no joke. I completely felt taken care of in his hands, I trust him completely. A week later after the root canal (which btw was the most GENTLE root canal I've ever had), he said I might have some pain from all the work...but nothing at all! Just so very grateful for everything. And the entire staff is so kind and wonderful too. I should have never left!

I lost a filling while I was having lunch and called the office at 12:30. The office was closed and the message on the answering machine had an emergency number to call. Within a few minutes Dr. Haggan called me back and when I explained my situation, the doctor said he was in the area and would meet me at his office right away. By 1:30, I resumed my day as if nothing happened, which only happened because Dr. Haggan is such a caring person, he truly didn't want me to suffer all weekend. While I'm sure all of the doctor's patients would speak Bert highly of him, it's reassuring to know he's not only a warm and caring person during business hours. This doctor is the real deal. My fiancée recommended Dr. Haggan to me 10 years ago and this event made her proud to have made the introduction.

But Dr. Gordon without fail, each time he has done a fantastic job in managing that for me. He also does play-by-play while he works on your teeth. Personally, that alleviates tremendous amount of anxiety for me. He rebuilt my teeth and it looks amazing. I have it done by other dentists before, and Dr. Gordon's work is 10x better. What I enjoy most about this dentist office is the quality of the service that is provided everytime. I remember my first appointment with Dr. Ibrahim like it was yesterday. I walked in and I told him all about my bad experiences with dentist in the past and he assured me that it would be OK; he was right. Just a few examples of how AMAZING Dr. Ibrahim and his team are: I had a route canal done in his office and returned right to work following the procedure. Everyone in the office was so surprised at how well I was doing. I was in Florida when I broke my tooth and I was able to call him on his cell phone about what I should do until I returned to jersey. He schedule me to the same day that I arrived back from my trip. I had a route canal that got infected because I failed to follow doctors orders and take the antibiotics, so I called him late in the night crying about the pain. He didn't get mad at me but asked if there was a 24 hour pharmacy to which I could go to and get a prescription filled. Keeping in mind that this was close to mid night. He even told me if the pain was that unbearable that he would make a house call. Fast forward to two years later, and I have moved an hour+ away from this office location. But I take that drive every time because I know how amazing he is and I am not willing to give that up. Dr. Ibrahim and his staff are beyond AMAZING!!! I went to The Smilist Dental - Somerset (97 Cedar Grove Lane, Somerset, NJ 08873) after my wife…read morecompleted her Invisalign treatment with no issues. Since we share the same insurance and I was told my out of pocket cost would be no more than $100, I trusted this office and started my treatment with Dr. Elisa Marants, supervised by Dr. Jeffrey Chustckie. What happened next was absolutely unacceptable. After a few months, I discovered that my insurance had stopped paying because the office closed my Invisalign case after only 5 months, even though my treatment was clearly not finished. My case involved one single tooth, and there was no clinical justification for ending the treatment early. My insurance confirmed that they would resume payments if the provider simply reopened the case. Instead, the office refused to do it. To make things worse, when I called to ask for clarification, the staff told me: "We will call you back after speaking with Dr. Marants." They never called. Not once. No follow up, no explanation, no accountability. I reached out again, and the response was the same: no responsibility, no willingness to fix their own mistake, and absolutely no concern for the patient. Because they closed the case prematurely, my insurance paid only about $1,500, and I was left with an incomplete treatment and a financial situation that I never agreed to. This entire experience has been: * Unprofessional * Irresponsible * Poorly managed * Completely lacking in patient care and ethics I strongly warn anyone considering Invisalign or any dental treatment here: Avoid this office. Their lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism caused me unnecessary stress, financial damage, and an unfinished treatment.
