Pro: only came for merchandise. Great customer service. Clean but cramped store like most Harley dealership shops. Varied sizes. Con: 2nd story of shop is weird. I would be very cautious using Edinburgh Harley Davidson, I purchased a 2007 Electra Glide ultra classic back in 2014/15, I know this is a long time ago but there is a reason for being cautious, this year I decided to give the bike a face lift and a complete refresh, what I have found has astonished me, old battery bolts dropped obstructing the swing arm, it is clearly old as there are impressions of the thread in the transmission case, exhaust nuts found in the front drive for the belt, they have dropped nuts and bolts and clearly ignored them, just left there, the biggest problem I have found are stripped threads on the primary drive housing and casing, which I needed to replace, this includes the main case and outer primary cover, the gearbox main cover two bolt locations stripped and will no longer hold, I really noticed this years ago when I did the first service, the oils where clearly not changed in years, the customer service here has always been questionably bad, I remember a time I asked for the bearings to be pressed out of the wheels, I arrived at 9 O'clock in the morning, they made me wait until 5 O'clock in the afternoon, a ten minute job and I had to wait the whole day, if you take your bike for a service check everything, make sure they have done the job, it has taken me this long to review HD Edinburgh because I did not think it mattered, but it does, I am now faced with a bill for a fault that has been there since I purchased the bike, this is not a good customer service. read more

Bought 18k HD Touring from these jokers. All was well until sale completed. Upon subsequent visits to shop I was treated like shit. Complained, and got not one mumbling word from the dealer principal, Kirk Hale. Worst buying experience in over 25 years of buying bikes. Avoid at all costs. This is probably one of the worst customer services I've ever experienced not only do they fail to communicate with you regarding issues you have raised but they totally ignore you if you try to make a full complaint, I purchased a Harley Sportster Iron 883XL in October 21, at the time of buying my dream bike I also got a windscreen included in my purchase finance but the windscreen was not in, so could not be fitted before delivery, for some unknown reason my clutch went in December 21 This was a total shock however Harley Roadside assist picked up my bike and returned it to Harley Edinburgh, where they had the bike from 13/12/21/ until the 09/02/22/ where they agreed that whilst the bike was in getting the repair done they would fit my windscreen which was now in. When my bike was returned to me it was in the exact same condition it was picked up in, No, I repeat NO windscreen fitted, and the bike was dirty the didn't or hadn't even given the bike a clean while they had it in their garage for a time period that must be the longest ever recorded clutch fitting, So I feel that my 1* rating is well and truly deserved, I have no issue with the bike apart from the clutch going in such a short time and distance, but I still love my Harley, it's a shame that the people who are their to look after you don't show the same vigour or spirit that they display when you are buying the bike in the first place, I have since taken my complaint to the CEO of Harley UK as it is now May 2022 and I still have no windscreen or any money refunded to me, seriously guys if you are going to buy a Harley make sure you get the contact details of the Dealership manager, as you may need to contact him/her at some point. read more
