Half an hour before we would have arrived I got a call from one of Alan's staff, not Alan, to say the bike was sold. No call before they sold it to ask for a deposit. Booked my bike in for a service and MOT after a cross country ride. It is a Honda dealer, but also…read moreprovides services on other bikes. From what I understand, two wheels is one of the most expensive for repair, but you get good quality parts in return. So, I gave them a try. When I called in to book an appointment, I explained I needed to replace my tyres, providing even the specs. For some reason, when it came to the actual service, the tyres were not in stock. Fortunately, I had time and could wait for the next day to pick the bike up, but I did wonder why the tyres were not ready in the first place? Secondly, when TW called to update me on progress, they mentioned the chain needed replacing... after 5k of use. When I queried it, they said they would get back to me and I got... nothing. The following day, when I called up to ask when the bike would be ready, the chain replacement was mentioned again and I queried again why. Again, no explanation. When I arrived at the shop to collect my bike, I had been charged (then discounted) the chain, as it turned out, it didn't need replacing after all. So why then, Two Wheels? And you know I would have asked for the chain if that was the case. I have to admit, I get a little suspicious when that happens - I might be a girl and mechanically inept, but I am not entirely daft either. Jury is out whether I will return - there are other repair shops in the area which I have also since been recommended, so we shall see. I am willing to give TW another chance, maybe, but the whole chain replacement (and lack of explanation - apparently a good clean and it was right as rain) soured the experience a little for me. Other than that, the end cost of service and MOT I thought was reasonable.

I bought a bike from them. When I turned up to collect it, having signed the paperwork etc, I…read morenoticed that the rear footrest was broken. This was accompanied by scraped paintwork on that side and scuffs on the handlebar bar ends. Bear in mind that I noticed this outside, when ready to ride away! They never acknowledged the damage and although I got a footrest, It wasn't satisfactory. They did say I could opt out of the deal, but having arranged insurance and made the emotional commitment to the purchase, I wanted to keep it. A very poor experience. They should have been honest from the start.
