Mary along with another representative from cloud nine made hot off the griddle delicious waffles with many different toppings, fresh delicious fruit skewers, sweet and spicy chicken, and bacon wrapped smokies. These ladies served, kept things hot, fresh, refilled and just knocked the socks off everyone. They came early set it all up, and stayed for the duration of the shower , broke it all down and cleaned it up!! They took the stress out of hosting a shower to enjoying every part of it!! I received an answer almost instantly with a few clarifying questions, paid for my order and waited for the day of the luncheon. They arrived about 10-15 minutes prior to the time requested which worked out great. Everyone at the company is super friendly and helpful, driver included. The box lunches were great. We had opted for a sandwich and 2 sides. Each lunch also contained a fruitcup or applesauce, a pickle spear, chips, a cookie or brownie, as well as condiments, a mint and cutlery with napkin. That should fill up the even the hungriest of our employees. I for one appreciate reliability in a caterer since there is nothing worse than a room full of hungry people and no food. The level of customer service is unmatched. Personal contact was made within the same day, menus were created with two days along with a full quote and breakdown. The cost was higher than others, however the product is worth the Splurge. Between Nameless and others there was about a $500 difference in quotes. The response time and considerations made make Nameless well worth it. They don't flinch at large group sizes, over 400 in my case, and help guide newcomers through the process. When I walked in, I heard someone say from that back that they'd be with me in a little while. It wasn't long before a young man came out to speak with me. It was about 90 minutes before closing and he immediately told me I should not expect service right before closing. I apologized, said I thought they closed at 6pm, he said they did, then said he'd go to the back to see if they'd be willing to talk to me. Someone was in the back washing dishes, but never came to the front. The same employee came back out, sighed, and said he'd take my order. I told him I had never been in, I just heard about it from the gift card, and was curious what I could order and what was included with the menu items (inside, it's just a counter and a table off to the side with trays/boxes with names, but not prices or a list of what comes in them). He told me I should read the TV, which looked to be off at the time. He turned it back on while huffing and puffing, then said "LOOK!" at the menu, which was just names of the boxes with prices, not sizes or again what's included/what I can choose from. I remained calm, despite feeling uncomfortable, and again asked if I could see a list of what's included or what I can choose from, and if I can pick something up same day or order for a future pickup (I was honestly hoping for a grab & go cooler like other similar places but no problem, I can order something for another time). I still have no idea what items are available, as the employee was just getting more and more mad at me with each question, which he refused to answer. I told him I was feeling uncomfortable, which he just said, "okay!" so I said I didn't feel like I was wanted there as a customer, and I left. I've tried calling the store to rectify the situation and maybe speak with a different employee or member of management. Either the phone just rings and rings or the same employee I spoke with in-person answers. I really wanted to use my gift card but I'd rather throw it away than go through that experience again. Once their meal was prepared, they brought the dishes to the judges so that we were able to rate them. I was one of the judges which was very fun! We had an appetizer and then a main dish. At the end the REAL chefs prepare a meal using the same ingredients! The staff was extremely nice and entertaining too. Made us feel comfortable and welcome.
