I would give this store a zero rating. I am so dissatisfied with the arrangement that was sent. I am embarrassed that it had my name on it. It looked nothing like the photo nor the written description, when I called the store, they were not concerned or helpful in anyway. The " manager". was no help whatsoever at one point during our conversation she laughed. She asked for photos to be sent. once she received them she agreed that was the arrangement that was sent out. I asked to speak to her boss she said they were not allowed to give out that information. She gave me customer service phone number I placed a call they were closed. My girlfriend ordered Chocolate Covered Strawberries last week. I was out of town, she was offered a refund or scheduled delivered the next week when I return. Of course, the store claimed to attempt to deliver... note: I was home all day. At any rate, girlfriend went to the store and picked up the package. The strawberries were so small it was sad, and I believe it's the package that was created last week, the strawberries are rotten, mushy & and have a whiny taste! Gross!!! read more

Disgustingly rude Driver called my cell to ask for directions delivering an order to my mom. (a house I've lived in for decades and know the area fairly well) The driver on the phone was immediately rude and yelling "cant find the place""im in the middle of the fucking woods". I calmly kept asking which cross street he was at and he was at the correct intersection. I told him just go another 100 feet down past the corner and you'll find my house, white mailbox with my house number. He refused to listen and stated "i'm not going to drive all over the fucking place" . I cant tell you how many times he used fuck or fucking in his rant to me. I kept calmly trying to tell him that it is the correct corner and just go a bit further up. He replied with more yelling and I just hung up. I immediately called the somers point store and none of the numbers on google, the edible arraignment website, or facebook work. I had to call corporate toto talk to someone. That was absolutely rude I certainly don't want the driver to interact with my mother if hes that disgusting. Absolutely not on her birthday and working an overnight shift at the hospital as a ICU nurse. she doesn't need that disgusting stress. read more

Horrible service !!!!!!!! I ordered an edible arrangement for my mother in laws birthday at 3:30 on a Friday for same day delivery ! They charged me for same day delivery and called me 5 minutes before closing to say they would not be delivering my order !!! By the time I saw the call and called back no one picks up the phone after 5 pm !!! There is no customer service line that answers to assist with the delivery charge or to cancel and get a refund for a $90 arrangement that's I ordered that isn't even going to be delivered on the correct day. So now I spent 2 hours online and calling and no one is able to assist. Now I don't even want the thing. I could have spent that time finding a place that does deliver on time . So today my fiancé called me upset, saying she wanted to send me an arrangement today. Even though same day delivery is advertised, she called there and was told they are too busy to do a same day delivery due to making Valentine's Day arrangements. What?? That's nine days away!! Firstly, same day is advertised. Secondly, I bet no one knows that the Valentine's Day orders are being made more than a week in advance!!! That is gross!! BIrthday gift, fruit arrangement, was made on Saturday by Wednesday strawberries had whiskers!! It was returned that day and given no refund. I had to call daily for a credit but no manager was there to handle my problem and finally a week later the person who gifted it to me called and the woman I talked to gave her half the cost back on her credit card!! I wanted a store credit now I'm out of a gift. What took so long and why only refund half the cost? Bad return policies. read more

I ordered a basket for Mother's Day a few days before Mother's Day. I called to make sure the basket would be delivered by 6 pm to my wife's job on Mother's Day and was told yes definitely. About 5:50 pm on Mother's Day I spoke to the delivery person and was told they were about 20 minutes away. With my wife leaving work in 10 minutes I asked if the basket could be delivered early the next day and was told yes. The next day I called at approximately 9 am for an ETA and was told between now and 5 pm. The package didn't arrive until 5:10 pm. Very disappointed and will probably never use them again. read more

My brother and sister-in-law spent a lot of money on my birthday today and the entire arrangement was completely melted. All of the chocolate was soft and had slid down the side of the tin container. Took me more than 25 minutes to dismantle it all and clean up. My hands were completely covered in chocolate. If the delivery driver hadn't banged on the door and rang the doorbell 3 times before I could even get down the stairs, I may have had time to grab my cell phone. I was so annoyed so I just took it to the kitchen, saw the mess and made the best of it. I called the SP location and asked if their vehicles have air conditioning and if my family could get a partial refund since there was not even one hard piece of chocolate on any of the fruit. I know I should have taken a picture but once I started, I was covered in chocolate and didn't want to go back upstairs for my phone. The delivery driver only took a delivery confirmation picture of the top corner of the arrangement because he knew it was unacceptable. I saw the picture because my sister-in-law sent it to me. I didn't want to upset her so I called the store directly to ask that they get a partial refund but the lady said no. read more

The chocolate covered fruits are awesome and very delicious, although I think it is a little pricey for about 4-5 pieces of fruit per cup. I do think they are great though, I recommend this place if you would like chocolate covered fruits, or a smoothie. read more

We have had several bad experiences with this location. In the past we have received arrangements that only lasted a day before some of the fruit gets moldy which is totally unacceptable. They usually give a refund or give a new arrangement, but it seems to be an ongoing thing. This last time was what i consider and expensive bouquet or fruit ($100) for valentines day that lasted less than a day. My wife called up and spoke to the manager who gave us a refund, but was very rude to my wife. I don't suggest this location at all. read more
