The quality of the fruit was awful! It seemed like it was previously frozen. When I received the basket the fruit was so soggy we couldn't even eat it. I threw most of it away. But it looked pretty until you tried to eat it. It was just awful and very disappointing since it was sent to us for our anniversary from our kids and it was expensive. DO NOT USE THIS STORE! Friends sent me a fruit arrangement for my birthday. Driver did not make contact with me to ensure someone was home. They left the arrangement on my porch in below freezing temperatures! The fruit was frozen solid! Numerous calls for the money to be refunded were ignored. They finally agreed to deliver a new arrangement as long as we paid a $10 delivery fee! I have used this site numerous times in the past. They have lost my business! read more

I ordered a fruit tray to bring to a party, I had to drive almost an hour to pick it up because they wouldn't deliver. The fruit was already turning brown, and it was dry and had no flavor. I am very disappointed. I placed a Valentines Day order for my mother on January 27,2023 for delivery on 2/14/23 and it still has not arrived as of 2/17/2023. I tried calling the store on 2/15, 2/16 and 2/17 and could not get anyone to answer. Sales add then went to voicemail. Left messages no answers. I also did online tracking it still says "Arranging Your Order Now". I did the online contact on 2/16/23 No answer. I understand they may have been busy on 2/14/23, but I would have expected that my order would be delivered no more than a day late. The worst is not being able to get ahold of anyone. I would have understood if I waited till the last minute to order. to add insult to injury they billed my credit card on 1/27/23. A good company can have an issue. But, the measure of a company is how they react when there is a problem. A fast reply can show a company is great. No answer indicates the company DOES NOT CARE about their customers. read more

I wrote a review yesterday and it mysteriously was deleted. Yea... I had a delivery last Friday 12/9/16. It was delivered timely however without a card that I wrote. Doesn't seem bad, huh... I emailed this store and told them what happened. After several hours, this store apparently called the party that i had delivered the arrangement to only to tell them that a woman named "DIXIE" sent the arrangement to them. Problem --- I'm not Dixie. It sounds kinda funny but what if that party that I sent the arrangement to had a person named Dixie in their life. That's not funny at all. How did they get the phone number to call this party? What'd they do? Look it up? I only gave my phone number on the order This store didn't even have the decency to call me, email me, or anything.. Horrible service. Ordered and paid for same day delivery for our anniversary. Items were marked delivered around 1130 and were not. Called the store and was told the driver made a mistake and items were not delivered and would be in 2 hours. Called again 3 hours later as items were not delivered still and was told he will be there within the hour. Well then that hour passed and no items. Called at 430 to see where the driver was and store was already closed down for the day when hours say until 5. Called corporate and they called the store and also said they didn't answer and are supposed to be open until 5. Will not be ordering from this store again. read more

I love Edible Arrangements! This is the location I use the most and they've never disappointed me. The staff no matter who you get is friendly and helpful. They always have samples out for choosing and other smaller arrangements for purchase. The in store environment is always clean. I have had a delivery from them before and they truly care about your purchase. They called me and I let them know I was on my way home so they could leave it. My box of 12 strawberries was left inside a "cooler" bag, i thought that was nice they did that extra step, it may be standard but it shows they care about you enjoying what was bought for you. read more

Ordered an arrangement for a friends birthday days before it was to get delivered. The day of her birthday the arrangement is suppose to go to her work, I call at 2pm and was told it would be on a truck in the next few minutes. 2 hours later I get a call saying it will not get there, wasn't even on a truck at this point. This is now the 3rd time an arrangement was messed up. Don't waste your money on something that may or may not get there and then they won't even do anything except cancel the order. read more

I was calling to inquire about delivery to a certain area that was not represented on the site. The woman who answered the phone acted like I was inconviencing her with my silly questions. I was also told that they don't deliver to certain areas during holiday weeks. Isn't that the whole point of ordering one of the arrangements? My mom wasn't home at the time of the delivery and instead of just leaving, they were kind enough to call a couple different times to reschedule another re delivery. They weren't able to reach her for a couple days but instead of it seeming like an inconvenience they remade a new one and took it right back out as soon as she called!
