Stopped here the other say when we were in Morristown. We got some items to go - spinach quiche,…read moregingersnaps, and salted chocolate chip cookies. The quiche was delicious. The chocolate chip cookies were unbelievably soft and delicious. The ginger snaps were meh. They didn't really reek of ginger the way you would expect. That said.... When we got here yesterday U noticed a "Ginger Cappuccino" written up on their blackboard menu. I'm a sucker for a good espresso drink and I LOVE ginger, so I figured I'd give it a whirl, and Lord have mercy, it was absolutely spectacular. You can tell right off the first sip that they aren't using any of that fake, sugary pump-syrup you get at the big chains. This bad boy tastes like it has real, honest-to-goodness grated ginger steeped right into the milk. It gives you this wonderfully warm, spicy little kick that cuts right through the rich espresso and velvety foam perfectly. It is smooth, uniquely flavorful, and just downright delicious. This hidden gem on Cattano Avenue hits the nail right on the head. If you see the ginger cappuccino on the board when you walk in, do not hesitate--just order it!!! So sorry I learned about this as they are planning to close up shop. I am on a mission now to figure it out!!!

I went to The Artist yesterday for breakfast with a friend. It was a cute little shop on Cattano…read moreAve, a side street in Morristown. I felt like I was in an old school bakery. They had an indoor dining room and an outdoor patio. We opted for the indoor dining room due to the heat wave. For breakfast, I ordered a chocolate chip crumb muffin and a pecan bar. I've never heard of a Chocolate Chip Crumb Muffin before, but it was delicious! The pecan bar was good as well. Unfortunately, I didn't order a drink because I don't like coffee and the only non-coffee drink they had was Hot Chocolate and unsweetened iced tea. Too hot for hot chocolate and I don't like unsweetened iced tea. The ladies at the counter were very nice though and gave me some tap water! Overall a great experience. Sad I just found out about this place as they prepare to close their doors in September.

The gentlemen working could probably tell that we needed assistance with picking out something sweet to eat and they were so kind and eager to help. Once we placed our order we walked out front but found that there were no more café tables available so they grabbed a table from the back and put out a couple of chairs for us as well. The service was excellent. We enjoyed our hot tea and baklava at our table. In between sips of tea we were also tasting and exploring our plate of colorful treats. I'm looking forward to making this a casual routine for us, coffee, tea and a little dessert on the walk home.

I got Rose , Pistachio and Pomegranate coated with dried rose petals. Th next sinful temptation was Baklava which was loaded with nuts and very delicious. We tried Pistachios , Walnut and double Pistachio. Turkish delight and Baklava were fresh , very addictive , not gnawingly sweet , no overpowering flavors or fragrance . It's worth visiting this store just for these two treats . They also have dry fruits, nuts , Turkish pastries galore, candies and more . The owner or whoever attended to us was polite , quick and answered our questions It's a cute little store offering a variety of tempting goodies. This store is "Not to be missed "

A cute cafe in downtown Chatham with lots of street parking. Came here after lunch in the afternoon…read morespecifically for the coffee and desserts, and wow! They have multiple coffee options, and I really appreciated that the coffee actually had a strong, bold coffee flavor. I only wish I could've tried more of their desserts because so many of them looked amazing! Unfortunately, they were already almost sold out by around 3 PM (and this was on a weekday!) so definitely come earlier if you want the full selection! We tried a few desserts and really enjoyed everything. The éclair was a tiny bit on the sweeter side for me, but still good. The pistachio macaron was probably one of my favorites because it had such a strong pistachio flavor, which I love. It was soft with a great texture while still holding its shape perfectly. I also really enjoyed the Black Forest cake - the sponge was soft and moist with plenty of chocolate shavings and wasn't overly heavy. What made the experience even better was the staff. Everyone was so lovely, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They were super proactive with cleaning and helping and made us feel very welcome. I had such a good time here and will definitely be back! Maybe earlier next time so I can try even more of the desserts!

I wish they would've had a smaller bites menu. My bf got the cheeseburger and he couldn't get his mouth around it was so big. The French fries with it were the best I've ever had. The staff was friendly and patient when we decided on what to order. Five items were tried, and each will be described below. Black & White Cookie ($4.50) - This was a traditional sweet that was done right. There was a nice balance of the chocolate and vanilla flavoring while the cookie was not too soft or hard. Chocolate & Vanilla Pretzel ($5.50) - This was very interesting. It was not overly sweet and was large. It was just a different type of pretzel. It was a tad dry, but not bad. Pumpkin Donut ($3) - This had a nice texture, but the actual donut did not have enough sugar I thought. The pumpkin frosting was just right though. Cinabun ($5) - This was very solid. It looked like it was going to be filling, but it was lighter than imagined. The cream cheese frosting was too much for me, but it had a nice texture. Swiss Chalet Wrap ($13.99) - This came with fried eggplant, arugula, tomato bruschetta, and a balsamic dressing. This was my favorite item tried, no doubt. The wrap was filled and nicely made with a good balance of the ingredients. The eggplant was fried ideally too. It was a well put together wrap. The coleslaw that was provided was plain, but there was much provided anyway. Will I go back? I would.
