I wish I could leave 0 stars. This location is absolutely terrible. As a long time customer of Edible Arrangements, I will never order from this location again. I ordered for a Friday delivery to a doctor's office well over 24 hours in advance, not realizing that doctor office actually closed early on Fridays. So I actually called them Friday 1st thing in the morning, even dialing before opening time, requesting help. Their drivers don't come in until noon, when the office closed. They did not try to help me in anyway, a refund was not an option as this was a gift of thanks for a successful surgery on my son! I had to drive 45 minutes EACH WAY, get in trouble at work by missing a meeting when the store location was less than 10 mins from the location of delivery. NO ONE would help me, the manager couldn't make an exception to deliver the package themself!!?? I would have paid double my order for delivery costs and my order was well over $100. They don't care about you as a customer or why and how you are delivering their product and service. I had a terrible experience recently and do not recommend this location to anyone. read more

Terrible, Terrible experience. My husband ordered these for our Anniversary, to be delivered to my work. I work at a school so they needed to be delivered before 3 ( you would think seeing the address as a school they would know this). My husband called at 2 to check the status and they told him they were on the way. at 2:56 they arrived... wow.... The brownie they delivered was rock solid and terrible I threw it away, the strawberries were mushy and gross by the next day.. I talked to I guess the manager (Christina) and she has the WORST customer service ever! She is RUDE, not professional and basically called me liar. My husband spent $80 on this, and it was awful! Buyer beware. Oh gosh. I received an arrangement for a gift. It arrived mid-day. I immediately opened it and tried an apple slice which was very good. I repackaged it as instructed and refrigerated the rest immediately to show my husband the next morning, as he was out of town. When we opened it the next morning, I noticed a moldy strawberry. I took it out, hoping it was a fluke. Repackaged it again as directed. Well, by the time we got it out that afternoon, it was apparent it was already going downhill fast!! I pulled out more unacceptable strawberries and we ate more of the apples and pineapple, which were the only fruits that were really fresh. By Saturday morning, less than 48 hours after delivery, the "bouquet" was a dripping, moldy mess to be honest. We just tossed the rest. Knowing this was likely an expensive gift I went to the Edible Arrangements site to see how long they say they should last. I could find nothing. So I just googled the same phrase and found a link back to the EA site (must be buried in there) saying that arrangements are expected to be consumed in 24 hours!! Seriously?!?! These are large, expensive arrangements. How can you finish one in 24 hours? That's the shelf life? Additionally, the attached care instructions do not say that (I've attached the pic). I understand that fruit is perishable. I would also expect that a business built upon fruit would have access to the freshest fruit possible. If using excellent berries to begin with, they should not be fuzzy in 24 hours. Although the chocolate apples and chocolate pineapples were delicious, the rest of the fruit (cantaloupe, strawberries and grapes) I just cannot recommend. And certainly don't buy one of these for someone if you don't think they can consume it in 24 hours because once you see it decomposing, your stomach will turn. read more

Today going into this place of business was the worst experience ever. I live here in tega cay and often get my weekly snack from this company ..Came inside cashier was very prejudice laid my money on the counter followed by handing me my product over the counter with no bag no wrapping just the product..I left and returned to make a complaint both of the workers came out of the back laughing stating " u might get a refund" it was not about the money ..It was about customer service and disrespect...of course the typical white company they would tell me I can't come back... however I wasn't coming back anyways .I've been shopping with this place for over a year and never had this type of treatment.. in my opinion if you don't like what you do then don't do it. Furthermore I find it very unprofessional to call the manager make a joke in front of another customer not knowing it was my significant other coming to make my experience right ..again this place is prejudice I was told Ive made complaints before I've never had one complaint ..I'm guessing I look like the next typical black woman so they have me confused .however it's black business owners out here doing the same thing even better work ..Good luck keeping up business in the future read more

My boyfriend ordered me a basket a few weeks ago (late review I know) and when it came unfortunately the strawberries were molded. Unfortunately I had to make the call the the store and tell them what had happened and the manager/owner explained the issue and offered a new basket. Ignoring the embarrassment from my coworker almost eating a molded strawberry and despite having to toss a whole fruit basket in our trash for the custodian to have to remove I excepted and we made an appointment for the new basket later that day..due to my schedule and the managers schedule we couldn't find a convenient time for her to make it over for the delivery so I called to confirm the time for the next day and was greeted with a terrible attitude from one of the employees there she then gave the phone to the owner and the scheduling issue was solved. The next day I received a beautiful fruit basket from the manager/owner herself with an apology and explanation about all the unfortunate events that occurred in the previous day. She was very sweet and did a splendid job fixing her stores mistakes. According to the manager/owner it's not their fault about the strawberries but the distributor's issue because they aren't technically in season. My argument was then don't include them. So all in all 3/5 in my opinion..I did request my boyfriend to probably not order from that edible arrangements anymore but I can't stop surprises. Hopefully if he does order again we don't have this issue again. read more

Do not order from this location! Employees are unprofessional and extremely rude. When a refund was requested, Chris (a female employee) was combative and extremely aggressive. Customer service is not a concern here. Celebrating a special moment? Look elsewhere because this location isn't worth your money. She went above and beyond trying to reach not just me but my sister as well since they were not home and she was also on the phone. Crystal was helpful on a last minute order I was trying to place. I knew nothing about what I was going to order but I knew I needed an order out that same day. She said she was going to try to put something together that her driver could take on their next run. She walked me though everything! I asked so many question and she was patient and very sweet through the entire interaction. The owner insists on parking her trailer in the handicap spot even after being asked to move it. She claims they have permission, but Tega Cay police say there is no permission for the handicap spot. This is a huge sign of what these owners are like. What a selfish, needless thing to dig your heels in over. It's plastered all over social media now, so I assume business will suffer. read more

I love Edible Arrangements, but I had a not so great experience today with the 160, Tega Cay, SC location. I ordered an Edible Arrangement on 2-15-17 a little after 11am, I was told by a Store Rep. that the order would be delivered by 5pm today. When I tracked my order around 2pm, it said that it was 'out for delivery.' At 4:30pm, it was still listed as 'out for delivery.' I called the location at 4:45pm and was told that they were still working on it and it hasn't left the building yet. Either someone is falsely updating their tracking system or they simply don't care whether or not their customers are properly taken care of. I understand that today is the day after Valentine's Day, but what I do not understand is how you can guarantee a delivery before 5pm and lie about delivering a product that you haven't started working on. It would have been better if they gave me a call and told me that they wouldn't be able to deliver the arrangement prior to 5pm. The Rep that I spoke to at 4:45pm was very nonchalant and unapologetic. Now my Mom doesn't have a birthday gift from me. Thanks, Edible Arrangements! read more
