Absolutely great place! Have ordered multiple arrangements and am never disappointed! The fruit is always fresh and delicious! The service is wonderful and my arrangements are always delivered in a prompt manner. Overall edible arrangements is a wonderful idea instead of flowers and I recommend this location to everyone. The manager is so willing to accommodate any of your needs and the staff always has smiling faces. They recently opened there smoothie station and I'm so glad they did! They make smoothies to order and they are fantastic! Definitely recommend stopping by to try one! read more

My boyfriend ordered chocolate covered strawberries in a birthday box and had them delivered to me. He lives in Maine and I live in NJ so it was a nice surprise. The only thing I didn't really like was they called me and told me they were going to be a couple minutes late... which threw me off because it was suppose to be a surprise. Wonderful wonderful strawberries but if the delivery is a surprise definitely state that in your order! Other than that, great chocolate covered strawberries!! read more

Kelly made this the best EA experience I've ever had!! Because of COVID, we wanted to do a small gender reveal just with us and immediate family. Kelly was in on decorating our chocolates in coordination of whatever the little envelope from the nurse said. The fruit was fresh and chocolate was delicious, but my husband and I really felt that Kelly was genuinely happy for us and actually excited to be a part of our little gender reveal. We ate some of the chocolate before getting a picture, but how cute!! We will make this our new store read more

Sent this arrangement to a coworker for the passing of a family member. Ordered it around 2:00 and she received it by 6:00pm. Although I've never been to the facility itself it looks very well organized and clean from the window outside. I called the recipient to see if food was fresh and tasty and she said yes. I got one a few months ago and didn't think the fruit was tasty at all. Glad to see she had a better outcome. For the price the fruit should be amazing in my opinion. Would definitely order again and try and find some sort of coupon or free shipping, I thought 14.99 was a lot for shipping. read more

Awful customer service! Ordered this bouquet for a birthday and paid additional money to add the numbers "4" and "8". See those two non-distinguishable blobs of pineapple in the middle of the bouquet.... yup, those are supposed to be the numbers. I am completely aghast that this was allowed to go out the store's doors. I called the shop and spoke with Mahogany who assured me I would receive a call from the manager as she could not assist me. Two days later, I called and spoke with Damien who told me the same. I received an e-mail survey directly from Edible Arrangements and gave the same feedback. I have yet to hear from anyone at Edible Arrangements. Terrible. read more

Terrible! I ordered a tray of their chocolate covered strawberries to be picked up the day of my daughter's 21st birthday party... they called me 2 days before to tell me that they decided not to open that day!! 2 DAYS!! And the only "solution" they offered was to deliver to me the day before!! I'm not from the area! Where would you deliver it to?? I have no where to store that before the party! Unbelievable! Unbelievably not helpful! Do not depend on this store if you need something important. I'm beyond disappointed and upset. Their excuse was it will be BaconFest in Easton and it won't be easy to get to their store... BaconFest has been scheduled for months yet you decide 2 days before to close? Who cares about your customers?! This is so upsetting. My daughter has 2 more years at Lafayette and we will never order from this store again! And neither will anyone I know! read more

Happy with the professional service I received from Tai, when I made the call to order my chocolate strawberries and the delicious smoothie I ordered In store during pick up. She was friendly and attentive. Kudos to Edible Arrangements for their customer service. I'm definitely ordering from this edible arrangement store again. read more

My husband had ordered me a bouquet of chocolate covered strawberries. When I received it, I was super happy with it. The strawberries were big, fresh, and juicy. The chocolate was very nice as well. Its not that waxy chocolate, its a nice, smooth quality semi sweet chocolate. He told me he arrived at the store a bit early and it was all ready to go. Service was good and I couldn't be happier with my Valentines Day gift. I highly recommend this store. I know some other edible arrangement stores don't have a great review. However, whoever owns or runs this one knows what they are doing. Keep up the good work!! read more

I live in NJ but ordered from Easton,PA location. I could not be happier with the order. My sister and I both ordered from here for some quarantine birthday surprises for my niece. Everything was just as ordered and the balloons were just what I hoped for. It was a great surprise for her. Thank you for making this girl's birthday fabulous while she is not able to see anyone! Great customer service. I ordered an arrangement for my son's family due to an unexpected tragedy. I called from South Dakota and explained what I was looking for. The person who answered the phone was very understanding, guided me to the correct arrangement, and looked for a discount for me. Plus, the family loved the arrangement. read more

My first arrangement was given to me as a gift but unfortunately the fruit was very sour tasting. I spoke to Kelly and she was kind and professional enough to give me store credit which i used for a Mother's Day gift. We opened the arrangement and truly enjoyed the fruit this time. Thank you kelly! Beautiful work read more

Used this store to deliver a fruit arrangement to my student at a nearby college. I was worried about delivery timing due to her class schedule - the store employee was kind and understanding about my concern and the delivery driver coordinated with my student for an easy delivery. I'm not sure who I spoke to this morning (it was early on the west coast) but I'd like to give a huge THANK YOU to everyone who made this happen. I placed an order late last night for a dear friend going through a difficult time and then got a call that she had an emergency doctors appointment early that afternoon. I called EA as soon as I got up and asked if there was any way my delivery could get there before 1p. The girl kindly said she'd try her best but couldn't guarantee anything. I completely understood. Not only did my delivery make it there before 1pm but with an hour and a half to spare. She said it was the perfect gift to lift her spirits and the fruit was absolutely delicious. Thank you so much, I'm extremely grateful. read more

Ordered an arrangement to be picked up at 10:00 AM, had to wait 15 minutes because it was not ready so I told the girl had I known they were just making it I would have told them to box it in a Happy Birthday box. She told me she could give me a sleeve for the box so I gladly said yes. Brought out the sleeve and told me she had to charge me for it. Okay, for a piece of cardboard I thought 1 or 2 dollars. Nope $8. Told her it should be free since I had to wait. Nope, least they could do was $4. Guess what I said?? I have been to this place numerous times and this arrangement was free to me because of my service. Will not be returning. read more

I picked up a large "Delicious Daisy" arrangement from Edible Arrangements. In the past, I was always offered a big plastic shopping bag to transport home, but this time I was told by the girl at the desk that there aren't any bags available and the only option is pay for a $20 cooler bag, which I declined. I put the arrangement on the passenger seat in the car and it tipped over several times because the top portion with all the fruit was just too heavy for the arrangement to sit up right. When we opened the basket the following day the grapes had mold on them, most of the strawberries were rotten, the number "90" craved in pineapple we specially ordered and paid for was small and unrecognizable because it was placed in between all the fruit. Totally disappointed and the kids refused to eat it because of the mold they saw on the fruit. I ate one chocolate covered strawberry and it tasted awful so I discarded the whole arrangement. read more

These people flat out lied to me and to my recipient about a delivery. Ordered on the 7th for Valentine's Day. They said an attempt for delivery was made on 13th- no slip left at recipient and I received a phone call that night. I then tried to reach them from Feb 13- Feb 15th- phone was either busy, completely off the hook or no answer. Was told to leave emails- I emailed 3 times, no reply. Finally got in touch on the 15th (no delivery had been made and I paid $70)- was blamed for not leaving the right phone number (I left mine). Then I gave them the recipient's number (which I had been trying to do over the three days) and they called her and lied to her about delivery attempts- she was home a lot and received no notices whatsoever. Manager was not the least bit sorry - they are still charging me full price and nothing has been delivered. Don't shop there unless you want something a year in advance. Horrible service. Customer is apparently always wrong. read more

This business provided the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. The recipient was not home at the designated time and the delivery person made numerous attempts, keeping me informed each time. I was very impressed with everyone I spoke with,Jordan, Alicia, and Kevin. The manager, Kelly, was absolutely wonderful. Without going into details about the delivery ( not Edible Arrangement's fault) Kelly followed through and addressed the issues and solved my problems. What else would a business want but a very satisfied customer who will come back with repeat business. Edible Arrangements should be very proud to have this staff on their team. Thank you to all. read more
