Every item we carry in our gift shop is handpicked with our customers in mind. We strive to provide our loyal shoppers with something new, affordable, and distinctive. We find the beauty in artwork created by several talented local artists such as pottery, hand-painted black and white checked items, stained glass, knitted sweaters, hand-sewn home décor, and recycled/repurposed wood items. I previously brought home the Peach Bellini candle and not only does it smell AMAZING, but it lasts so long! If you bring back your finished candle jar they will also give you 10% off your purchase, which is a great incentive for sustainability. They also offer items like a rechargeable lighter, which I'm in LOVE with since it reduces the waste associated with candles (plastic lighters, lighter fluid, matches, etc.). Aside from candles, you can also find various pillows, throws, kitchen utensils, bath bombs, plant accessories, jewelry, and locally made treats... for both humans and pets alike and most are locally sourced brands (e.g., 210 Teas, Syracuse Soapworks, etc.)! This is a great place for gifts, and they even offer recycled wrapping paper! The most charming part of the store, in my opinion, is their variety of bee-themed items. The bee pattern they use on their fabric items is super cute but they also have items like decorative metal bee-shaped wall hooks and, of course, honey. Their wax melts are in honeycomb shapes, as well! If you like to decorate for the holidays, you're in luck, because this shop also offers rotating sustainable seasonal items! Last time I visited, they had picks for Easter, which included items such as painted wooden eggs and ceramic egg trays. At the checkout counter they have a bunch of bookmarks and stickers available. The mid-back room is all non-fic, and had two chairs if you're the type who wants to sit with your wares for a moment. They back room is used clothing and antique fabrics, and DOES have a fitting room! There's a room for kids and teens too. I recommend you have good knees going in as there are books in every possible nook, high and low, including under tables. There's a read for every flavor and a recommendation for every reader. The shop owners are very knowledgeable of their stock. Parking- for cars I believe there's a back lot? But it's probably easier to just street park.

The place did look a bit of a mess, but I found plenty of unique gifts for myself , as well as gift s for family and friends. I spent more than $100 here and I appreciated that I was not penalized for using a credit card. Also there was no shenanigans regarding sales tax. I will definitely shop here again.

The store offers numerous pretty gift wrap options. They sell a variety of gifts such as cute little books, some clearly for the over 21 crowd. The cards are buy three get the fourth one free so I always buy four cards at a time. They often have cards for the holidays far enough in advance so that it recently was possible to buy St. Patrick's Day, Easter and Mother's Day cards all at the same time. Told her the address, she responded "I know every street in Camillus I've never heard of that street." I confirmed the address on Bing Maps she said "I don't use Bing Maps." She berated me for calling on the phone instead of using the online form "I don't have time to talk on the phone about all these details," but grudgingly took my order. When I told her I wanted Christmas Greens with White Flowers but No Candy Canes and No Santas, then said this was a sympathy arrangement, she said "I don't think you should have red and white flowers that's not right for sympathy." I reiterated Christmas Greens and White Flowers No Red she said "we just need to be clear about what we're talking about then." She asked for a phone number for the house, fair enough I didn't have it. She said "You don't understand because you live in California; it's 50 today but it will be 34 tomorrow I can't leave the flowers outside. I'm not sure I'll be able to deliver them today." I grew up in Syracuse I know what winter is. told her I'd call back with it. After giving her my credit card number, I had second thoughts, based on this truly appalling treatment, decided to call back to the shop to cancel the order. No machine. Tried to email-it didn't go through. Called again, got her live, told her I wanted to cancel the order. She said "I can deliver them today." I told her no I don't want to pressure her since clearly she had so much else going on. She hung up without another word. With all the other choices in Camillus, you may be wise to shop elsewhere.
