She berated me for calling on the phone instead of using the online form "I don't have time to talk on the phone about all these details," but grudgingly took my order. When I told her I wanted Christmas Greens with White Flowers but No Candy Canes and No Santas, then said this was a sympathy arrangement, she said "I don't think you should have red and white flowers that's not right for sympathy." I reiterated Christmas Greens and White Flowers No Red she said "we just need to be clear about what we're talking about then." She asked for a phone number for the house, fair enough I didn't have it. She said "You don't understand because you live in California; it's 50 today but it will be 34 tomorrow I can't leave the flowers outside. I'm not sure I'll be able to deliver them today." I grew up in Syracuse I know what winter is. told her I'd call back with it. After giving her my credit card number, I had second thoughts, based on this truly appalling treatment, decided to call back to the shop to cancel the order. No machine.
