I have used this location twice and have been pleased with the outcome both times. First time was in January - in store - and the face to face customer service was great in helping me pick out the perfect birthday arrangement for my niece away at college. The arrangement was received when I requested and the fruit was apparently delicious. A win!! Most recently, I ordered a Thank You arrangement on-line. The process was extremely easy, the arrangement delivered when requested and the recipient was ecstatic saying the the arrangement was beautiful and the fruit was the best she had in a LONG time! Another win! Definitely recommend. read more

I wouldn't waste your money on these. The fruit was hard and unripe. It was NOT edible and we had to throw it away. Make your own baskets with snacks and liquor. Or nuts.com might be a good idea. read more

I was very happy with my gorgeous edible birthday bouquet. Ordering was easy and the staff were very nice. Definetly recommend this place

Terrible customer service in the Trexlertown store. Had fruit that was not fresh on my recently delivered arrangement....called the store and spoke to the manager...and she couldn't have cared less. I expect better with any business. Very, very poor customer service. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. Besides the fact that my package was left outside unattended for 3 and a half hours. I called the store to see if it was possible to have a replacement arrangement shipped out. Because at the end of the day, we are still in a pandemic and no one wants to eat food that was left on the ground in a dirty hallway for 3 1/2 hours. I was not only told "No, I'm not sending another one" amongst other things the Manager on duty 'DIANA' said " well you shouldn't have sent it, if you knew she wasn't home". Are people no longer allowed to step out throughout the day ? I was confused as to her reasoning here. Fast forward, my friend finally comes home and sees her package. Within this package, half of the fruits have molded. How cute. My recommendation is to go anywhere else besides this location. Unless you like mold and like being spoken to like you're incompetent. read more

Great customer service at this location, always helped me pick out the perfect arrangement for my husband that loves chocolate covered strawberries. I have ordered from them twice and my husband enjoyed both arrangement. They were delivered fresh and exactly what what I purchased. read more

The fruit and flowers were lovely. But this arrived a day too late. I placed my order 2 days in advance to have them delivered on my mom's birthday. The driver could not find her house, said his GPS was taking him to the middle of the road somewhere. I confirmed with him that it was the correct address. I called the store and spoke with someone that he has already moved on to his next delivery in another town, so my order would not be delivered until the next day. She did say that it would go out first thing in the morning and was sorry about that, their GPS system can be unreliable sometimes. I understand that, but EVERYONE has a cell phone that has maps/directions on it, he couldn't check that when he realized that there was an issue? Fast forward to the next day... I checked around noon what the status of my order was, it was still not delivered. Called the store again, they couldn't deliver my order first thing in the morning because they had other order. I guess my order wasn't a priority. I was told that it will be delivered by one of the senior drivers later in the afternoon, I did let her know that this is late and was supposed to be delivered yesterday. She apologized, but there didn't seem to be any sense of urgency to get my order delivered, since it was late. It was finally delivered at the end of the day, and the driver told my dad that he had no idea why the driver couldn't find it, the GPS took him right to the address. I will never order from this store again. Customer service is not their priority. read more

The worst customer service I have every received, I received an edible arrangement for my birthday from my parents and when I got home I opened it and notice that it was hair I attempted to call the store and received no response. Sunday I was busy and was unable to call. I did call on Monday at 9:46am in which I spoke to an employee who informed me that she would reach out to her manager and she would call me back. I didn't receive a call back until 6pm and I was informed that the order would not be replace that I would only be able to get a 6 count strawberry. She asked if I wanted to speak with a Manager and I said yes. Tuesday I didn't get a call from any one and today (Wednesday) I called the store back at 2:16pm and the Manager answered I got a very nasty attitude in which she informed me that I never called on Saturday and that it was 48 hours and she couldn't do anything. I said to her I am not asking for a refund or anything I was simple calling because I didn't receive a call back. She offered the 6 count strawberry and I said that was fine she went on to say "Well most people don't want anything from a place that has been hair in it." She went on to accuse me of wanting to go a chargeback when all I wanted to let her know what occurred. I feel the way that she spoke was very out of pocket and based on her interaction I would not recommend anyone to get anything from the establishment. read more

I sent an arrangement to my sister for her birthday. She was so surprised and amazed by how fresh the fruit was. It was delivered in such a timely manner and I even asked if they could deliver it later in the day when she was more likely to be home. Such a great idea to send for any occasion and the thrill the recipient gets is well worth the money!! Their email coupons are well worth signing up for or I would have never known I could get a free delivery promo coupon! read more

Edible Arrangements - a bouquet of chocolate covered strawberries and cherries - Florists Near Me - Allentown, Pennsylvania

Someone gave me an arrangement from this location as a thank you gift. Sadly the fruit was terrible. Poor quality and old. The honeydew was edible, the cantaloupe had a strange taste to it, that was pitched as were the small white mushy strawberries. The pineapple cut outs are cute but inedible since they are cut from the center of the pineapple which is mostly core. It's a great idea but this location isn't paying enough attention to quality control. It saddened me to throw away 75% of the arrangement. read more

My mother bought me the chocolate covered strawberrys with alpples box for my birthday. I was very disappointed. I could not believe how much she paid for chocolate covered apples and strawberries. The fruit I eat is organic. I am blown away by how much they charge and the fruit is NOT organic. Also the fruit did not last long. my mom said she paid for them to drizzle chocolate on top of the fruit to look pretty. They did not do that. Overall yes it may look pretty but come on people way too expensive for something you can do yourself for not even a quarter of the price. read more

The arrangements look great and the fruit is very fresh, however my order was not ready at the scheduled pick up time. When I arrived at the store at the scheduled time the cashier found my order on the computer and realized that it was not ready. I had to wait twenty minutes before the order was prepared. My advice is set the pick up time earlier than needed and make sure you have your order number with you. read more

I've enjoyed edible arrangements several times before, but I just want to warn everyone of my experience with this location. I was away and my fiancé was sick at home. I wanted to send him a pick me up do I thought an edible arrangement would be perfect. When I got home a day later, I was able to see the arrangement and it definitely didn't resemble what I ordered on the website. I know we are not expect an identical arrangement, but I did expect the same quality. The arrangement was stuck in a plastic bag and had a cardboard box around it instead of the keepsake type item shown when I ordered it. In addition, the strawberries were small and old. Normally, when you order an arrangement you do not actually get to see it, but I'm glad I did. I went to this location to let them know about my experience and the manager on duty told me it was impossible to put an arrangement in the cardboard box without a keepsake item and pretty much dismissed me. She also told me that I should have called them within 48 hours to tell them about my disappointment if I expected anything (which I didn't, I just wanted to give them feedback). I feel I was treated with disrespect on top of being extremely disappointed with the arrangement that was sent to my fiancé. I'm just glad I was able to see it for myself, edible arrangements has lost some of my trust, but I will just be cautious not to use this location again. Beware of what you are getting for your money. read more
