I brought in a suit jacket and dress pants on a Monday afternoon without any prior notice, needing it done by that Thursday morning. I was in and out within 15-20 minutes, and the alterations were done by Thursday, as promised. Oleg was always patient and friendly, and most importantly, did a great job. I only wish I could have gotten to him with more time to spare, so he could really put his attention to detail to work. I will definitely be going to Oleg exclusively as long as I am in the Milwaukee area.

They quoted me $135 for a hem & alteration. Very expensive, especially when I initially only wanted a hem. The hem itself is $55! I was recommended this place because it was so affordable. I would not recommend. Especially since they took way too much in the bust so the straps to close the back left it 5 inches away from clasping! It must've been a 16" bust! I told the lady I was confused because I don't know what they did between measuring me and cutting the dress. And now I have to wait until they can fix it and I have to wait and go in a separate time. Such a hassle. The event is in April and I would've liked to have the dress done by now. If they had just listened that I only wanted a hem we wouldn't be here now. Now, they cut off too much from the dress and I don't know if they can save the dress from what they've done. It would be an additional $50. I told him it didn't bug me that much, and to just repair the pockets. When I picked up my coat today (4 days earlier than he said it would be completed), he fixed the lining anyway, no charge! He said, "it was just for fun." What an amazing guy! That's a $50 value! My only problem is the cute little shop only accepts cash. I understand, but it was a tad inconvenient. Regardless, I'm stuck like glue. He'll be my tailor as long as I live in Milwaukee.

I didn't make an appointment and he took me right away, the store is right in downtown Whitefish Bay. I went in July 6th and he said it would be ready by July 20th, which was plenty of time since my wedding isn't until end of August.
