Terrific, terrific, terrific service!!!…read more I did not ask much of the new owner of this establishment (I'm sorry I did not get your name) but what he did for me brought me back to my small town roots appreciating what customer service and fairness is all about. I was in town from out of state and I needed a slowly leaking tire fixed. He dropped what he was working on and he had me out of there in 5-8 minutes for a $12 charge. The next day our ATV would not start. Once again this new owner dropped what he was doing and followed me out to the cabin and found the problem within 1 minute and it was a stupid mistake on my part why the ATV would not start. He came with his truck expecting to load up the ATV and take it back to the shop for a check up. I asked him how much he charges for "house calls" (6 miles from his shop) and he said not to worry about it...so that got me thinking what I could do for the new owner of this fine establishment so a review on YELP is my thanks to him. If you are a local resident or in from out of town this is a place that you can trust with your car and/or small engines.

We found Rich's shop online, luckily very close by, and we drove into Rich's yard hoping he could hopefully help us in our time of stress and need. Rich paused a project he was in the middle of to help us out. He took a look at our car for us, and gave us some pointers on what may be wrong with our car. He also generously let us sit in his lot for multiple hours while we waited for a tow. All this he did free of charge, out of the goodness of his heart, as, in his words, "it is what he would hope someone would do for him if he was in our situation" We didn't purchase anything from him, but we felt very taken care of by Rich. Rich has good values, and he can be trusted.
