They were honest about the timeline and gave me a date it could be done and by and it was done on that date! They were incredibly helpful in every aspect of this repair, dealing with insurance, taking care of everything that needed to be done including new tires mounted and alignments etc. In the 4 weeks they had the car, they kept me informed the whole time, answered all of my many questions. With the first one I had to wait a while to get on their schedule, but Josh did some quick temporary repairs so that my car was quite driveable while I waited. It was well worth the wait! They repaired it to perfection in a timely manner, with great communication all along the way. It was returned to me perfectly detailed, looking like a brand new car. I had the same experience the second time. That time, due to a critical family medical issue, I had to go out of town and Josh worked my car in while I was gone so that I would have a car when I returned, as due to my circumstances I would be gone again for quite a while. They handle all the details in dealing with the insurance company and also have an arrangement with a rental car agency so that a rental car may be picked up onsite. The straps that hold the gas tank under our older Dodge Dakota broke, (from time and rust) leaving…read moreus disabled and what we thought, stranded, in Ironwood, MI. Which was bad, considering we're from Stevens Point, WI and our camper was at a State Forest site south of Boulder Junction, WI. The good was that the vehicle became disabled in Ironwood, instead of the sparsely populated area of northern Michigan we had intended to go for the day. After getting advice from some helpful local folks, we contacted Ramme Collision Center. They got the problem stabilized enough to enable their tow truck to haul ours to their shop, called for new replacement parts, and had our problem fixed in approx. an hour and a half.
