My wife and I were in dire need of front brakes on our truck, and we discovered Dick and Mike actually at their shop when we drove by. Mind you - this was Saturday and right around 5pm. We did NOT expect to get any help and we were fully prepared to grab a hotel in Ashland until they could get to it. Dick tells us to pull up to his garage door, proceeds to examine the situation, then tells us we need a wheel bearing as well. Not great news, but it wasn't surprising, given the horrendous grinding noise that developed that day. He says "no big deal...I'll have it done in about an hour if that's ok." Heck yeah, that's OK! Got it done (and fixed a couple other minor things he found in the process) and it was just over an hour. The bill? Half of what we expected. Courtesy, accuracy, hard work, and very fair to people. Spending a week revisiting a childhood summer area with all my siblings. One night the tire pressure warning went on, changed to the spare in the morning [a SATURDAY] and started hunting on line for a place to get it fixed. These folks were an hour a way but answered immediately and encouraged me to come in . Went it to get one of my tires patched up about 5 months ago. They fit me in last minute on a Sunday, too!
