Very disappointing experience as a long-term tenant…read more We are paying over $10,000 per month in rent, yet the level of service we receive is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. The Los Angeles-based sales representative is very difficult to communicate with and shows little willingness to support existing customers. What is most unacceptable is that long-term customers are being charged $0.3 per square foot MORE than new customers. We have confirmed that other tenants, working with different sales representatives, were able to receive a $0.3/ft price reduction, while our sales rep refused to offer the same adjustment with no reasonable explanation. It is hard to understand why loyal customers are treated worse than new ones. For the amount of rent we pay, this level of service and pricing discrimination is simply unacceptable. I would strongly advise management to review their pricing policies and sales practices, especially regarding how existing customers are treated. This feels like a penalty for being a loyal customer rather than a benefit. If I could, no stars for them. And recommend for those who are consider to rent this facility. Think more about it.

The call center for this business is a disaster. Sounds like there's a party going on in the call…read morecenter and they don't provide any real info regarding the pricing. They simply record your info so they can call you back later. Really bad customer experience.

Hayward Business Park - New fire station

Hayward Business Park

The Hayward Business Park is not a public park, it's a commercial-industrial zone in the City of…read moreHayward, CA. I have worked here for over 20 years, and I have a few observations. In general, it's a huge vast area near the San Mateo Bridge. Its borders are- the Hayward Airport to the north, Hesperian Blvd to the east, Industrial Pkwy to the south, and as far west as you go before reaching SF Bay. It's a huge business park, with smaller privately managed business parks inside it. As a whole, the Hayward Business Park is run by the City of Hayward. My company is in the Barrington-Cabot Business park. It has private security at night, and they recently installed security fencing. All the buildings are modern, and the mgmt company repaves the parking lot and paints the buildings. But that's just our area. As you drive around the business park, you notice a lack of uniformity. There doesn't seem to be any plan or theme to where buildings were placed. There's a fire station, and 2 CFN gas stations. Nearest hospital is St Rose on Tennyson Ave. Hwy 92 runs thru the area, and I-880 is a few miles away. Maybe that's why they called this place the "Hayward Hub." A few years ago they built an energy plant out near the San Mateo Bridge. As you go east, you notice houses creeping into what was an industrial area. Cheap land? Let's build houses here! There's even a few nursing homes there on West St. So overall, I'll give our business park 3-stars. Come to work, then go home!

WeWork - 1st Floor Communal Area

I came to this WeWork to get some work done since the internet at my new place wasn't set up yet…read more This was my first time at a WeWork so I was a bit on edge since I didn't know what to expect. When I got there, a woman let me in and essentially gave me the run down. You get a key card to access the elevators, there are conference rooms you can book and phone booths to take small work meetings. The 2nd and 3rd floors have dedicated areas for quiet work while the 4th floor is more collaborative. They have free beverages throughout the day so if you wanted some tea, water or coffee, you can get that. The hibiscus tea they had on tap was pretty good and ended up being my go to for the day. They also have snacks for an extra charge and you can order food to the building and the delivery is pretty seamless. I wanted to access the WiFi and to do that you have to find a link from their website and get a special password linked to your account. Unfortunately, no one told me this, there were no QR codes to scan on the desk, or any signs posted so it took be a bit longer to get set up. Everything else was pretty smooth except for the first floor not having any paper towel. I think all of those things are easy fixes though. Overall, productive place to get work done if you want a change of pace.

I didn't do a dry run to setup my account before day of my first visit for a big meeting…read more I did a micro panic when I showed up right at 8am and the desk clerk was organizing mail in another room - but she still helped me and set me up in my room 20 minutes early than reservation which really led to my personal success. The facility is top flight; clean, stocked, serviced, amenities avast, what an epic experience and service this is!!!! Thanks WeWork
