The tech hurt me, was peeling layers off my nails and when I looked concerned she told me not to look. Asked me if I wanted them shorter, I said no. Asked if I wanted the same shape (round) I said yes. She squared them all off so I asked her to round them so now unfortunately I have very short nails. The color is lackluster and doesn't look as dark as it was supposed. There are dents in every nail and they all looked rippled at the tips. My cuticles down look nice. I went in at a busy time and the whole thing was rushed. My acrylics weren't the same length or shape and the sides were all scuffed up. I was super upset that I wasted 40$ on nails I didn't even like. I went back later that day to get them fixed and they really took their time and made sure that they were perfect. I will not be returning there that is for sure. I had a lousy pedicure. The person who did it barely let me soak my feet then cut my nails crooked and almost removed one nail completely! Aren't they supposed to soften your feet and cut away dead skin??? Not there they don't! My fingernails weren't any better. If I could rate it no stars I would, I got pedicure and acrylics. My pedicure was sloppy and my big toe is noticeably crooked, when I commented on it he proceeded to tell me I was wrong. But I wasn't.... my acrylics are all uneven and the color is sloppy. The man doing my nails and feet kept rolling his eyes, he was very rude, and just didn't even try to talk or be friendly. Something is going on! Lots of turnover with the nail technicians. I've seen more new faces in the past few months than I have in the past. As instructed, I usually call in the AM on the day I want to set up an appointment and even then, have to wait 10-15 min past the appointment time. Work is usually rushed and acrylic fills are not done thoroughly (acrylic not brushed over whole nail). Final straw came when I set up an appointment (that I later rushed to so I'd be on time), only to find the technician I requested not there. NOT COVID SAFE!! VERY IRRESPONSIBLE OWNER! . Went for mother-daughter wedding manipedis. Receptionist walked all over salon not wearing a mask and manicurists wore masks under their noses. When I asked her why according to the sign everyone had to wear a mask and she wasn't, she said, "because it's not mandatory and it fogs up my glasses." We almost (and should have) left then but after I made another comment, she said she'd put one on. She wore it under her nose. By the time I noticed, we'd already gotten started with our services. It was the bad attitude of this girl who walked around (like she owned the place) to each person to handle their payments, getting in everyone's faces with her own unmasked face, that made me never want to return. In this day of Covid, it is not worth it. Nail and hair salons are two of the riskiest places. You'd think the owner (who was there) would care, but he didn't. I called ahead for the appointment and to make sure they were careful. They lied on the phone that everyone wore masks. If service businesses like this one want people to come, they'd better make sure they do everything to keep people safe. Def not good nail jobs yesterday I was very disappointed Seemed to have new employees (I go there maybe once ev cpl mo or so) One if them made my friends toe BLEED then just kept going!!! This was the fastest pedicure I've ever had. Total time from sitting down to getting up to dry was just over 20 minutes. There was probably 30 sec per foot spent on calluses rub, perhaps less. When I asked to take down calluses just a bit more, she probably added another 10 seconds. read more

So we were here on vacation and my daughter and her friend wanted to get manicures. I didn't need a pedicure but got one anyways. We made appointments and still had to wait, it happens I get it. But they rushed the girls through to get to the next customer, ok you're busy. So this is my problem. ..a classic pedi is $30. The woman doing my nails asked me if I wanted my callus ' worked on. I replied yes. She then informed my it cost $10 extra. So I was thinking to myself, it's usually standard but whatever we're on vacation. She brings out this electronic sanding machine and starts to work on my feet. It wasn't terrible but then she starts to hit it against my foot and it really really hurt. I finished, paid, and went home. The next day my foot was really hurting. I have 3 cuts from that machine. So if you read this and decide to visit eden nails DON'T let them use that machine on you. Worst experience I have ever had ! My friend and I called and asked if they took walk ins and the girl said yes But we recommend reservations. We asked if she had any apps today and she asked when we would like to come. We said in a half hour thinking they wouldn't have an opening. She says OK see you then. We needed an appt. ? When I walked in we were not greeted, I waited and then announced myself, I got a nod . So I went to look at the polish and a guy with white hair at the back of the back salon yelled up something in (asian) and a woman came over and asked what I was doing, I said just looking for a color and she looked confused and said color? Said something back to the guy and walked away. The receptionist came over and motioned me to the back and she went and started the water and walked away. The white haired guy motioned to me the chair, I said sit here and he pointed again. I sat and he motioned at the water so I put my feet in. My friend came in and I waved, she came back to an empty chair and no one said a thing to her. The guy started working on my feet, he would tug or tap which foot he wanted. After a while he asked me something and I said to my friend what? She said I think he is asking about the polish, so I said pink. My pedi took 15 min, he stood up with a bottle of BRIGHT RED polish and said pink enough? I SAID that's red not pink, he went up to the front and got some nail samples and handed it to me. I held up the one I liked and he said what #? I picked out a pink sparkle polish. I got fuchsia glossy.. When he was done he pointed at a counter and said dry. And that was my not relaxing not fun pedicure. Afterwards I found out my friend got hot towels and they turned on the MASSAGE CHAIR ! I have only had my nails done 4 times before in 50 years, this salon was dirty, unfriendly and not worth the $30 for 15/20 min of service. The best place I ever went to was Tranquility Spa at Opechee it was $50 and they didn't rush. We got a glass of wine, a nice massage, great scrubbing, of course the nails and cuticles, a lovely paraffin dip for hands and feet, lotion and the lights dimmed for a short time and then a buffing and polish. Not worth the money, especially if you get stuck with one of the handful of people in there who have no idea what they're doing. I normally pay $50 for a gel manicure and pedicure near my hometown and get a full treatment that includes a hot rock massage and where they take their time and have attention to detail. The lady doing my toes watched a documentary on Pelicans (???) that was showing on the tv the entire time she did them. She then proceeded to do my mothers nails which honestly came out the worst I've ever seen a gel manicure. Dents in every single nail, nail polish all outside of the nail. I think it was her first time ever doing it. The guy who did my nails told me it was the best manicure he's ever done. This makes me sad for anyone else who has ever had him because mine came out just average. We were in an out within an hour after waiting 20 minutes at the beginning. I had a pedicure done last year that was good but this year I had a man do the pedicure and it was horrible. He was argumentative the whole time, he smeared acetone all over my feet and refused to rinse it off, and finally I don't think he can see very well because I had more polish on my skin then I had on my nails. It's been 5 days since my pedicure and every single one of the nails are chipped and I've wore nothing but flip flops this summer. It was a terrible experience and a terrible job. I still had to wait 20-30 minutes because they had taken too many people ahead of me. The massage on the chair didn't work. The woman who did my pedicure was unfriendly. I'm 5.5 months pregnant. She was very rough and just pulled on my feet and legs jerking me around the entire time. She should even speak to me to ask me to put my feet in, or out, up or down. Had a really disappointing experience here which is unfortunate because I've heard good things. My friend and I went to Eden Nails around 5:30 this evening. I was there for a simple polish change and she was getting a gel manicure. The woman who painted my nails was more concerned about getting nail polish on her white fleece jacket (roll up your sleeves?) than actually painting my nails. She did not allow enough dry time between coats on my nails which resulted in tiny bubbles on every nail. She also either did not apply enough coats or applied the two coats too thin because the polish still looked translucent (I picked a dark red color) and uneven. My nails looked so bad that I had to repaint them myself when i got home. At the end of my visit, the same woman who painted my nails tried to charge me $20 for a polish change. Not a manicure, a polish change. She literally removed the polish that was on my nails and applied a new polish. Not gel, no cuticle trimming, no hand massage, no buffing, no filing, nothing. After I questioned her about the price, one of the other nail technicians corrected her and said it was $7. I am not usually one to complain but this wasn't even worth the $7 and I shouldn't have even tipped her for such a poor job. When we were done, my friend showed me her nails and they didn't look much better than mine. Her gel polish was uneven and just looked rushed and poorly done. They did not have any other customers waiting so there really should have been no rush. I hate to say it but I will never get my nails done at Eden Nails again and cannot recommend it to anyone else. There are plenty of better salons in the area and I'd rather even drive the 30 minutes to Concord for better service and better quality. read more

Before I talk negatively I will say that my nails came out just fine but what I saw at this salon made me feel sick to my stomach. First of all, I was not impressed that they have a large flat screen tv but do not have it on a channel that's clients would watch. They were watching some series and while I was getting my pedicure, the lady doing my toes had her head turned to the tv the entire time !!!!! When she came over with the supplies, I was impressed that she opened a fresh bag of nail clippers, cuticle cutters, etc. this made me feel like it was very clean that each client was getting fresh supplies, because they seemed unopened. After my pedicure, while my toes were drying, I watching the lady take my supplies, RINSE THEM in the sink (no soap, no type of sanitizer), and put them back in the little big that makes them seem like they were brand new. Shortly after, I saw her grab that same bag to use on the next client. All i could picture was the person that went before me and that they probably used the same supplies without sanitizing or washing them. This disgusted me and for that reason I will not be returning!
