Hi, I have been coming to Eden Laser since before it was even called Eden Laser Clinics at Hornsby. I've never really had a reason to have issues with Eden, but over the last year it's become extremely apparent that the management of Eden is going in a very different direction to which it first started. I've had pretty much all kinds of laser treatments but have slowed to mainly a few stragglers and facial laser. Over the last 18 months I've tried to make bookings online. This is always problematic as their online bookings are terrible. Instead of displaying what session times are available, you take pot luck and hope for the best. Then, you receive communication saying that the booking you clicked on isn't available and they auto-book another, which is without consultation and many times not around the customer's availability. I've yet to successfully make an online appointment in 18 months. I've tried calling, but again, there are never any available bookings. And lastly, I've turned up to the shop front to check if while shopping of an afternoon or evening, they would be able to squeeze an appointment in, also without success in obtaining an appointment. Now when coming to the shop front, the door is consistently locked to clients so it's now impossible to gain entry to speak with someone. Suffice to say, over the last 18 months, I'm yet to be able to make an appointment. Over the years I've recommended Eden to family and friends but now I'm letting people know of my experience. I find the lack of customer service appalling, and not just that, it's non-existent. It seems your company has grown but hasn't taken it's clients on a positive journey. Good luck with things. I do hope that there will be more mature staff at your clinics who have a better sense of serving the clientele, of which are Eden's total bread and butter. read more

This is not complain, just writing for suggesting their system improve before some incidents happened. I was strongly shocked and upset to get the clients mixed-up experience here. When I visited there, it was my first time, the one of their staffs didn't confirm who I was properly, even I told my name at the reception with spelling, then she brought me to the treatment room. She might have misrecognised me also the treatment area from someone's, so I told her the area I wanted repeatedly, and checked if she knew my enquiry with consultation e-mail and phone call yesterday I had done, but she said she didn't check it at that time. (I knew later these but, also at the counter, I was so shocked to know what I heard on the consultation phone call and what I heard at the counter were totally different. Though I decided to book and come up there after consultation phone call the day before then my concerning was clear to get their answer including the product.) As soon as I was brought straight at the treatment room, I'd been really concerened how I should have done(because my first time) , but, without any medical consent form and any explanation, they didn't know my condition or any, the staff started the tratment!! I had never experienced like this at even the other clinics. Then at the pay at the counter, she looked finally found I was not the person whom she thought. Also she received the cash, but for a while, didin't pass my invoice which included the other treatments sessions until I asked to get it...if I didn't ask, how can I proove my payment,though they might record my payment history.But I couldn't believe they could do at that moment with my bad experience. Hope I might be unlucky person to get this experience, I want to believe the other staffs are good,(actually the others are kind and friendly, they looked try to console me, and try to understand me). But I felt the laser experience I got was unfortunatelly not much careful or thorough than other clinics I took before. They provide the service with the great price, but if I hadn't buy prepay with upset feeling(couldn't think properly), I would have think about the others...however I'll take the treatment with them because of prepay, I really want to get the treatment from the other careful staff next time. Anyway, mixed up clients are really dangerous, it includes the risk of burn or allergies, so I'd like to suggest it might be better for them to improve the recording the clients and the information history system. read more

I came to Eden 6months ago and was very underwhelmed by the staff at the time, constant rescheduling because my therapist was always "sick" and when she was there she never smiled or had her makeup and hair done and looked like she just rolled out of bed... she use to complain about living in the central coast a lot and I found her approach was very unprofessional and constantly had missed patches... I went back 6months later due to my prepaids expiring... I was pleasantly surprised as soon as I stepped into the clinic.. The lady at the front was well groomed and cheerful and greeted me as soon as I walked in.. There was a whole new set of staff.. the place looked like it had had a facelift! They were all very lovely and professional and my therapist was fast & thorough. Would definitely recommend Eden now! read more

Just be aware please: Eden laser clinic is the worst place to get laser treatment. They are not honest with clients. Without having a well experienced Staff, they are promising 100% satisfaction. In my case, I start the treatment to reduce the facial hair, after treatment I got even more hairs, they not only didn't refun me, but also tried to threaten me that I'm not even able to complain to ACCC. They are the only laser place in whole Australia that make you sign a peace of paper at first day and relying to that paper they won't refund you when they actually Hurt your body. They using the type of laser machine which dose not developed for facial treatment for black hair people. And knowing this they start treatment on me without telling me. For them customer satisfaction is the last thing and it's all about money. I highly recommend everyone to not taking any services of them. I paid $1200 to grow more hairs in the areas that I never had before.Be aware of what are you signing at first day!!!
