The reason that I chose this place was because the way they answered the phone, they want to help you and you don't feel like you are bothering them, I called at least 4 dentistry offices and they all had the attitude of not wanting my business (like an airport employee). Also I had a really good experience as a patient I had virtually no pain during a root canal procedure I'm very please.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Once you walk in, the office has a positive vibe. Paperwork is pretty simple and only takes you 5 min. There is street parking available which is not a huddle at all. I had a pleasant experience. They also notified me about their in house dental insurance- $350 a year you get an xray, 2 cleanings and exams, and 25% off if you need any procedures like root canal etc. they also offer care credit separate from the insurance which assists you with payments. They were very informative and not pushy at all! They kept emphasizing "this is our recommendation but it's ultimately up to you". We also got free dental floss toothpaste and brushes in the end. Nice practice and will consider getting in house insurance!

The waiting/reception area is spacious and has a calming salt water fish tank with great coral. After about a 5 minute wait (incredibly short for a doctors office), an assistant greeted me and was very pleasant - trying to comfort me even though I was in apparent pain. After explaining what and where the pain was, a very easy x-ray was taken of the affected area while I was still in the chair. Dr. Yee greeted me, asked me where the pain was, and started the exam. He thoroughly explained what was wrong, explained my x-rays, and provided a solution. Very friendly, not rushed, eager to get to know you, and positive suggestions on how to maintain a healthy mouth, teeth and gums. Highly recommended.

I received a call from the dentist office telling me its been 6 months since my cleaning and my insurance covers 2 cleanings a year and wanted to know when I would like to come in. I let them know that I was going to be in Paris the last week of September into the first week of October and would like to come in the weekend of October 13th. My insurance company sent me an email which was a claim from the Dentist office of over $1,000 in services dated September 27th- I was in Paris!! I called the Dentist office and the receptionist told me that she charged me from my initial visit ( which only totaled $500 - and I was never made aware of this) BUT THEN BEGAN TO TELL ME IT WAS MORE 6 MONTHS LATER! I've received two phone calls from the receptionist and she texted me as well after I hung up telling them I was going to have my insurance company handle this. This office is a SCAM! I have never had services at any dentist or orthodontist without an explanation of the costs beforehand. This is unacceptable! Then they had the nerve to tell me I should schedule a follow-up. The dentist (Dr. Leonid) is very unprofessional and pushy. Told me that my chronic sinus problem probably was not really my sinuses when I have had sinus surgery and multiple CT Scans in my life from my own ENT. He tried to push me to get a scan in his office to confirm. He told me that other orthodontics/doctors do not know what they are doing and that he does. What an ego! This office is a scam!

So I decided to give it a shot as my old dentist, the office is older and didn't feel comfortable going there. The office is clean, new, and sparkly. It's like walking into a modern hotel lobby. The exam room was also nice and there are big windows to let the light in. Everything looked so clean. I loved the comfort menu. What a nice touch! I didn't really ask for anything as I was just doing a routine exam. For longer procedure, I might ask for a few things from the menu. The doctor did put some lip balm on my lips and that was so thoughtful because my lips weren't totally dried out after cleaning like they usually do. Who knew you could get a bit of pampering at the dentist office! Dr. Lee was great. Efficient and explained things well. She came to clean instead of a hygienist. I really like my old dentist but I just love the new office, equipment, and special touches throughout the office.

The dentist, Paul Kim, has poor bedside manner and consistently made me feel foolish and like I was overreacting when I was nervous about procedures like drilling a cavity. When he came in, he didn't apologize but instead blamed his staff for the mistake. Why would you keep scheduling 9am appointments if you're going to be late? The final straw - I called to reschedule an appointment because I am congested and I was lectured by the front desk attendant, who became sharp with me, "threatened" me with a late rescheduling fee, and was just generally unprofessional with a multiyear customer.
