Reason for canceling, high fire area. I contacted 4 neighbors, all of them have State Farm. I called a second State Farm Agent to get additional information. CS rep states within 30 seconds that they can't insure me based on my zip code. Claims other neighbors must have been "grandfathered in"? Sounded like BS to me. We can't insure you, but we'll continue insuring all your neighbors. Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there and there and there, just not here. Tracy's office wasted my time and money by not checking in more detail before accepting my money and allowing me to cancel the insurance I had! So they got free money from me for doing NOTHING!!!! And now I have to find different insurance, AND WAIT FOR A REFUND! The whole situation sucks and could have been avoided. They should not accept payment without full approval from underwriting!

How nice is it to have a reliable and honest insurance company. He reviewed my old policy and found out I did not even have the correct coverage on my car. My last agent said I did and just told me I was good, lol. Thank you so much, I left so happy and when he was done I understood all the coverages. They even included rental car coverage. He explained why it was important. I was told an example of how much it would cost me if I did not have this and had no car. I feel so much better now when driving. I have good insurance and if something happens I will not be wondering if my insurance covers this, which happened with my last guy.
