No one else would give a quote aside from an hourly rate. - He was very patient on the phone and explained things slowly when I asked dumb questions, but was never at all condescending. - He finished the job very quickly. - I never had to come into the office or print anything out. All documents were uploaded through a secure website. - I paid him online with a credit card. A++ would recommend.

Based on my situation, my 2016 tax return was a little bit complex since too much life events happened to me and my family, such as big moving to different state, became a veteran, job status changed, etc. Trust me, I tried my best to call all of the number on the yelp for "Tax service near Boston", and none of the tax service facilities or companies could offer me a wonderful solution, which kinda beyond their acknowledge. Even though some companies told me that they have successfully run their business in the town for more than 20 years, they still could not give me a solution based on my unique case. (Are they kidding me?! ) When I found Joe, not only he explained why my case is so unique, but also, he offered me a very good solution with a very reasonable outcomes, as a CPA! Again, I was not paid by anyone to leave this review for him. The reason why I am putting this review is because he totally deserves this full-star review! If you think H&R block or TurboTax is better than him or any other CPAs, please discard my review or any kinds of review on the Yelp, since you do not need to see any reviews before you choose and enjoy your free return offered by many tax software or tools! However, if anyone is struggling to find the best CPA, or you may like my situation that moving to Boston area recently and need your new CPA instead of your old city's CPA, Joe will be your best choice! He is the best CPA I have ever met!

He was actually putting this stuff in a very harsh tone in emails. In my opinion, it felt like instead of working with us on what needed to be done, he was bullying us. We were shocked.
