He found we had missing tiles and the old pool solar panels which were broken needed to come down. He quoted us a decent price and ordered the exact tiles needed and within a couple days our roof is back in great shape. The timing was only a couple days because he had to wait for the tiles to arrive. We had a leak before and unfortunately the prior person who fixed that leak removed tiles from another part of the roof to fix the spot of cracked tiles that were leaking. His work…read morewasn't perfect and he wasn't always easy to work with, but overall we were pretty happy with his work and just happy to find a reliable handyman we could count on. When I say not perfect, a lot of small details were overlooked. When I say difficult, he's very impatient at times and insistent on doing things his way. He won't hesitate to tell you (the customer) if you're a couple minutes late, even-though you're meeting him on last seconds notice. But what we liked is that he came back and fixed all the things he missed. He made sure the job was done right. He was difficult to work with, but he started to come around and was actually pleasant at times. We were excited for him to work on other projects for us in our primary house. He came over and we walked him through all of the projects we had in mind, and awaited his quotes on each project. After a couple weeks went by, my wife followed up but no response. After another couple weeks, I followed up, and again, no response. So unfortunately our hopes that we had found a reliable handyman, was premature and he ultimately was the exact opposite. Unreliable and unprofessional. Even after saying things to me like "I always want to keep my customers " or "after people use me they don't want to go anywhere else". I would have given him 4 stars based on his work on the condo. But after his disappearing act, I can't recommend him. PS. His assistant took a crap in our toilet and it didn't flush, and he refused to clean it claiming it wasn't his fault and that I didn't bring a brush. That's an example of how he can be difficult. But EVEN AFTER THAT... we still wanted to work with him!

I would recommend Brian and his team to anyone looking to get work done around their home. Brian is not shy about telling you where his limitations are, and he is true to his word. Brian is also really creative finding ways to get projects done. For context, I had about 100 items that needed to be done, some small, and some quite large. * Communication: From start to finish, Brian was great about communicating everything. The schedule of their team, when items would be finished, what work was complete, what work remained, etc. I even had another project (painting) started while they were there, and they were able to talk with the painters and figure out logistics on their own. * Organization: With a list of nearly 100 items on my list, I appreciate how detail oriented Brian was capturing every item and scoping it out. I don't think he missed a single item from our walk through. * Quality: Everything was done to a high level of standard, and Brian and his team have an eye for detail. They take great pride in what they do and make suggestions to help save money or improve above and beyond original recommendations. * Knowledgeable: Brian and his team are extremely knowledgeable. Given the broad list of items I presented to them, I was impressed how they were able to assess and repair all the items There were so many items they worked on, but I was truly impressed by how they were able to rescue my pool. It had been neglected for months on end and was absolutely overrun with and completely green from algae. Brian was able to get the pool back to a clear blue state without having to drain and chemical wash the entire pool (which would have been much more expensive and risk cracking the pool! It was truly amazing. At the end of the day, it felt like Brian and his team were taking care of their own home. I feel like pricing was fair and very transparent. Few things are more frustrating that setting up a service call and then having the person fail to show up. In this case, the electrician texted me before the scheduled time and said that he was running late. He asked if it would be ok if we delayed his arrival by two hours. He added that if it was not ok he would leave the job he was on and then go back after completing our work. Wow! Communication; what a concept. He actually contacted me and we discussed a solution. Why can't other trades people understand the value of that? When he arrived, he quickly resolved several problems for us and then charged us a fee that I had to look at twice to believe. He's amazing and we will have him back whenever we need an electrician.

The quality of their craftsmanship is outstanding, but what really sets them apart is who they are as people. They are kind, honest, respectful, and truly care about their clients. They are always willing to tackle a new challenge, and if anything ever needs attention, they stand behind their work 100%. That level of integrity is hard to find these days. I almost hesitate to write this review because I'd selfishly like to keep them all to myself! But they absolutely deserve the recognition. Huge thank you to Christian and Efraín for everything you've done for our home. I recommend them without hesitation and will continue to call them for every project we have.

Every review was five stars, and many customers praised Jeremiah for his friendly personality, professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work. After reading those reviews, I decided to call him for an estimate. The price he provided was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. From our first conversation, I immediately felt comfortable with him. He was friendly, positive, and professional. After we agreed on the project, he sent me a detailed estimate by email, which clearly stated that there would be no unexpected additional charges. This gave me even more confidence in his honesty and reliability. Since this was a brand-new kitchen cabinet installation, I was very nervous because even a small mistake could have caused a major issue. Jeremiah understood my concerns and took his time measuring everything carefully. He marked each location and checked the measurements over and over before drilling. His attention to detail was truly impressive. The final result was beyond my expectations. The handles look like they were installed when the cabinets were originally built -- there is absolutely no "after installation" look. Everything is perfectly straight, both vertically and horizontally, and the craftsmanship is excellent. He also went above and beyond by cleaning up the small wood particles that fell into areas I could not reach. After finishing the job, he noticed that the smoke detectors on our high ceilings had protective covers on them. He kindly explained that the covers could prevent them from working properly and removed them for us. These thoughtful actions showed his genuine care and kindness. After reading other reviews, I thought that if even half of what people said was true, I would be happy. But Jeremiah exceeded those expectations. We recently moved to Las Vegas, and I feel truly lucky to have met someone like Jeremiah so soon after moving here. He is not only a skilled professional but also a trustworthy and genuinely kind person. I highly recommend Toolbox Solutions to anyone looking for quality work and someone they can trust.
