I moved in 2…read moreyears ago with 575.00 of rent and after two weeks they raised the rent to 600.00 but they said the 25.00 a month was extra insurance costs which they couldn't explain what insurance costs it was. I request to get some things to be fixed and all they did was complain on spending money to get something fixed. They don't like to spend money on anything. They are a rip off. Thick as thieves. I DO NOT recommend them at all. Bad to do business with.
