Well, I ran a search and saw many notary options to choose from but my eyes seemed to lock on to "Anytime Anywhere Notary Public" . What can I say... I liked the name and it seemed to fit my specific need! So, I called the number and within 3 rings, a nice man named Joe picked right up. I told him what I needed and he said, "Well, I can be there in 20 minutes". 20 minutes? Really?? In LA, you can't even walk across the street in 20 minutes. He asked me a few basic pertinent questions and was then on his way. Within a few minutes he called me back to let me know that the job had been completed and he wanted to make sure I knew that he was finished. I was extremely impressed with the quality of service, Joe's professionalism and his response time. Five Stars!

The recommended approach is to use a Vietnam shipping service out of California for the second leg, and to use a service like UPS to get it there. I needed to know the package dimensions and weight to complete all of the information on the site, so I went to UPS to buy a box and get the contents weighed. The woman at UPS refused to sell me the box or weigh the contents unless I was prepared to ship at that moment. I explained the two step process, but she still refused to take two seconds and weigh it. I went to FedEx who was happy to help. I will be using FedEx from now on, and will be sure to tell everyone about the terrible customer service policy at UPS.
