Our…read morehouse was appraised for less than what we financed it for and way less than what it was appraised for 4 years ago even though we have made updates to all major appliances including a brand new 10 thousand dollar furnace and ac unit, we also updated from oil furnace to a gas furnace and had gas hooked up to the house. When we called to question I had a very unpleasant phone call with an office worker, I asked to speak to a superior in which she told me Ed was the superior and he wasn't there and proceeded to hang up on me after screaming at me and asking if I was human. I did call back and got to speak with the office manager (after I was told there was no superiors?) She was helpful and the only positive experience we had with this company. The appraiser marked that we have well water when we had a discussion in the basement that the well water was only for the outside spicket, while the rest of the house and other water outside water is all American water company, says there is no attic (he didn't ask about it or look for it) we have an attic, also listed that we have no fireplace, when we do in our finished area of the basement and a built in bar. The whole appraisal is wrong.

Found out from guy a was trying to buy land from, he never signed his contract because of a date discrepancy, after agent said he's all signed and ready to go. After several more tries calling/texting agent Hilary with no response, called office. Manager seemed pissed at first, then sided with agent cause I refused to lower price after only 30 days.
