My experience selling my mother's home through Realtor Kelly Eckenrode was an overwhelmingly…read morepositive and seamless experience. When my 88-year-old mother decided to sell her house in Bridgeville, PA, I began researching realtors in the greater Pittsburgh area. I quickly narrowed it down to using a larger broker and I chose Berkshire Hathaway. Kelly was very well reviewed on their site and on the internet in general, and for good reasons, it turned out. My initial contact with her was very pleasant and I could tell she was well versed in the process of selling a house and the legal aspects also. (I'm a lawyer with prior real estate experience and I know the difference.) We set up a meeting with my mother and Kelly was very flexible with her schedule. The meeting went well, and my mother (who worries about literally everything) loved her immediately. She made herself very available. She quickly answered the phone and returned phone calls promptly. She was honest and transparent about the process and gave good and helpful advice that ended up benefitting her customers, rather than just herself. Once the house was listed, she secured a serious buyer in 48 hours, and for the asking price. She connected us with quality vendors to help clear the house for showing, performing some needed repairs, and handling the escrow and closing. The paperwork was all done promptly, correctly, and competently. The whole deal was done and closed in a month. I've seen many real estate transactions, and this one went exceptionally smoothly and fairly. Plus, she's a really nice person. I honestly can't think of a single issue with her representation or with the transaction that could have been handled better. In conclusion, if you need a very high-quality real estate agent in the Pittsburgh area and surrounding communities, call Kelly Eckenrode. I would use her services again in a heartbeat if I needed to.

He professionally and calmly dealt with all of the members of the family because of this being an estate there were many owners who had an opinion. He went out of his way to make sure of meetings and calls for convenient for all of us. He was always available to answer questions via email text or phone which is unique most real estate agents aren't that way. We found him through word-of-mouth because someone else had absolutely loved working with them and I will have to say that I will continue to work with him on my future endeavors in real estate. He had great knowledge of his market and was very adapt at selling duplexes which is what our estate was. He worked with us on showing times and made sure he informed us of the showing before hand because the house was under construction at the beginning of our contract he made sure that no one would be walking into and untidy construction area. When it came to getting permits at for the actual sale Eric supply help supply professionals to repair downspout and made sure that he met with the inspectors so that it was one less thing I as the administrator how to do. I would highly recommend Eric.

They are fake and…read moreoffer a firm handshake and friendly smile, but deep down they just want your money and see you as prey. That is it. We used a Bershire Agent in 2021. The house we bought had nothing on the disclosure report. He was trying to sell the house for two years and gave us so much BS. Once we bought it the amount of issues that were not disclosed were amazing. I just wish that I would have sued in my two year window. I never wanted to deal with the BS, but the amount I spent so far in just two and a half years of purchasing this home on damages that were not disclosed would have far been worth it. He directed us to his own inspector who also seemed to not pick up on major issues. Again, real estate agents tend to be on the narcissistic and pychopathic spectrum. Don't trust real estate agents, especially ones from Berkshire Hathaway. Their job consists of being a phony fraudster to lie to prospective buyers with a smile and happy attitude while telling a bunch of lies.

There is none better than Ann Reale. I repeat, none better. I've been around a long time and done this quite a few times and can tell you that with certainty. Sure, there are hundreds of agents you could choose. I'm sure someone in your circle of family or friends is one or will recommend someone. Here's a piece of advice - ignore them. Choose Ann. Trust me. No one has more market awareness. No one has the depth and range of experience nor the attention to every single detail as Ann. From the initial consult to closing, she is firmly on your side and will take the stress out of it for you. She's more than a tour guide driving you to see houses. She knows the market. And the photos and virtual tour of the house we listed with her were unmatched! As a result, we had multiple offers and sold in 24 hours!!! Forget about using just another realtor. They all aren't equal. Buying and selling should be left to professionals not someone's cousin. And there is no one better than Ann. You'll thank me.
