He stressed that the repairman (Calvin I think was his name) was busy through at least a couple of weeks but that I should text some pictures of what we wanted done to a certain number and he would get back to us. I did as requested, but no response came. We followed up with additional emails, and then another call when I was told that Calvin was very busy but would get back to me. Two months later, and I haven't heard back from them. Would I love to hire them? Yes. Would I pay them to do the jobs we need? Yes! Will they ever get back to me? We shall see...

They are completing the installation of a new boiler in our basement. It started with Neil's expert consultation and the concluded with his workers' excellent work with the installation. We are 100% satisfied. I knew that we would be. They stand behind their work. That's why I told Neil that we were going to have Doug's Oil do the installation even though we could have had numerous other companies give us estimates. They are local and they are best!!

The bill had been sent to me instead of my renters company only because I had an account with them from previously buying oil. The bill was not paid which was not my fault but my renters company. Dougs Oil refused to let me buy oil from them due to the outstanding bill. While calling Dougs Oil I spoke to one of the bosses who then called me a "liar" because he said I was the one who called, which I knew I wasn't. After getting the bill all situated with my renters company and paid I called Dougs Oil to delete my account because they would never get business from me again. When I was on the phone with the receptionist she said it was one of her female coworkers when I knew I had talked with one of the bosses who is a male. So, long story short, if you'd like to do business with a company who calls their customers "liars" and only cares about money and not their customers, then this is the place for you!
