She will leave a session, wipe her daughters bum and say it was part of your studio time, she will sign for cake deliveries, mail, and packages and will consider it studio time. She will go fix her daughters snacks and also consider it studio time. My daughters 1/2 birthday shoot was themed in purple to match her party. She knew literally 6 months ahead of time but procrastinated and waited until the night before to locate the props to no avail. So, I had to sit on the floor of her studio and help out together flowers for a back drop that were not the color I requested. So an $80 outfit and a $25 headpiece were deemed useless at that point. To add insult to injury, she recently used my daughters' six month outfit on another client when she was supposed to mail it back me. Think long and hard before doing business with this lady

This place is awesome! I planned this as the first stop for a bachelorette party and Mike, the…read moreowner, was so amazing. He made the whole experience memorable and the whole group had a great time. We rented the entire experience for 8 girls. Booking the experience was super easy and reasonably priced. Mike walked us through setting up the lights and pairing our phones with the clickers. The fact that it was BYOB made it extra fun. There's probably 10-12 different backdrops and it's very easy to use the full hour. Everyone raved about the experience, even the people who don't normally take selfies. Most importantly, the bride enjoyed it and has a ton of pictures to commemorate her bachelorette. Pro tip : the backgrounds change occasionally so you can always go back and get a different backdrop.

Had multiple options to choose from in this neighborhood, however, we are glad we chose Acapello. We booked both maternity and newborn photoshoots together as there was a $50 discount in doing so. Loved the pictures taken by Amanda. Quick turnaround from appointment to the release of the pictures. Amanda is fast and she coordinates with clients very professionally. She gives enough bandwidth and indulges in talks as well to make everyone comfortable. She has a great idea of photography shots and top-notch quality output. Our newborn did not co-operate much during the shoot and Amanda spent an extra hour almost to make the photo shoot happen without any extra charges and concerns. I would highly recommend Acapello for the professional and very classy pictures for any occasion shoot. Here prices might be a little more than the competition but I bet pictures speak by themselves and quality comes with a cost especially in photography. Attaching our maternity samples here for reference.

I just left my session this morning and I have to say I had such a positive experience. I knew what…read moreto expect going into the session. Two days ago I received a reminder for the session which also included expectations and helpful tips. Yesterday I received another reminder via text with a shorter summary of helpful tips. I really appreciated that. During our session, communication was great before, during, and after. Before the session started, Amanda and her assistant gave me a brief consultation for wardrobe (she has a closet where we can pull from many styles). During, it seemed like Amanda had a vision in her head and went for it. She knows how to pose and direct what she was trying to portray in vision/photos. She is assertive and I like it. After the session, she again summarized expectations for results and turn around time (this info is also provided in her email from two days ago). Her studio is clean and I immediately felt comfortable there and around them. The studio has relaxed vibes and music also plays during the session; no awkward silence. You can really see how much these two (Amanda and her assistant) invest in their business.
