Bad weather is moving in tomorrow (I get it) and I received a phone call today that all shuttles are cancelled for tomorrow. I was told that I'll have an account opened in my name and credit will be issued. I disagreed that was a good idea and was told my request would be "passed to corporate." The only credit I can give the company is that "corporate" called me and stated that my credit can be used for 12 months from today. I stated that I disagreed with this policy and do not plan to use this credit. I don't understand how they can justify this. Drivers won't be clocking in tomorrow, no gas is being used on these shuttles, and I'm not just scrambling to change my travel plans, I'm baffled that a small business in the Midwest would think non-refundable is the way to go when THEY decide to cancel the shuttle. Read the other reviews below because I'm not the only person who's been in this position. I'm not planning to travel again on Land to Air again and they can keep the "credit" on my account.
