Finally get ahold of them and she says my service is suspended but cannot tell me why or why I wasn't even notified. After getting no help or answers I finally said just cancel the service. Never got any confirmation, no email, nothing. So the trash that had accumulated from them not picking it up was still out there. Today, I find a disgusting sight. Rather than just taking my trash that WAS paid for and taking their tote, they thought it a good idea to take the 6 or 7 big bags of trash that had been sitting out in and near my cans for 2+ weeks in the heat and stack them up between my garage and the neighbors, kind of hidden from sight and I just accidentally saw them when I went out to do something in my garage. I am utterly shocked that a supposed reputable company would act in such a manner when, IF for some reason there was an issue with my auto pay, all I needed was to be notified so it could be rectified. But they failed to do so, failed to respond to my calls or messages, have STILL not provided me with ANY information or explanation and have created a real sanitation issue and I will def be notifying local code enforcement or environmental health office, the BBB and the consumer protection division for Colorado. I have photos, records of my attempts to contact them, my autopay payment history, and I'm attaching photos of the stacked, hidden bags to this review. Just appalling. I did also see another review from someone who had the very same experience with them. Do NOT use this company if you expect any type of customer service or to receive the service you pay for.
