Prompt and charged exactly what they said they would. I would use them again without question.

Spoke to the gal over the phone and booked dumpster on Thursday for Friday-Monday. It was delivered promptly and safely. The driver placed it exactly where we asked it. We filled it chock full of household items and yard waste debris. We knew in advance of the weight limitations- even with the extra 400 lbs it was worth the additional $20. When the dumpster was removed you would have never noticed it was ever there! read more

Bargain Bins LLC - Dumpster Rentals - Dumpster Rental Near Me - Colorado Springs, Colorado

The daranged lunatic of an owner of this business showed up at my house on a Sunday afternoon threatening the police and a lien on my house for the bin she accused me of stealing (after someone fraudulently used my card and got my account frozen, couldn't even pay my phone bill, that got shut off in the midst of all this), the bin I rented, that she was standing next to, the whole time she is yelling at my sister, while blocking her from going to work! I was gladly going to pay today, Monday, when they opened. Up until this moment I would have gladly given 5 stars, but her showing of non-professionalism blew me AWAY!! Acted like a spoiled brat who didn't get her way!! I do NOT recommend this company! Gods forbid one little mistake happens and you will have a crazy b@tch in your driveway screaming at the top of her lungs on a beautiful Sunday afternoon when all neighbors are home!! read more

They are listed as lowest cost roll off in the area with deceptive marketing. On the back side there is a $30 fuel charge, making the NOT the most affordable or a bargain. read more

Competitive prices, great customer service with clear communication as to what can and cannot go in containers. Would use again.

So glad I found BB. Easy to book online. They showed up when they said they would, dropped off and picked up without me having to be there. Well worth the $. Only $300, which was such a good deal considering the sense of relief and accomplishment getting rid of lots of stuff that has been lying around gathering dust. Will definitely use them again! read more

I have been very pleased with Bargain Bins. Affordable dumpster rates, large capacity, friendly on the phone and in person. Drop offs and picks up have been right on schedule. Skilled drivers! Any time I need a dumpster I will call Bargain Bins and I will tell my friends and neighbors, too. BTW a deck company that I was using had a different company's dumpster delivered. . .the driver showed up at 6:15 in the morning when I was told he would not come before 8 am due to local ordinance. He was kind of bossy and told me that he had to be somewhere else by 6:30 so I better move the cars quickly or he would leave. And the dumpster was unsightly (old, rusted, decrepit) . That experience really made me appreciate Bargain Bins!!! read more

No issues. Great company. Would definitely recommend. They weren't able to pick up on day 7 so we ended up getting a couple of bonus days. Worked out great as we were moving out. read more

I truly love this company! They have great prices and always get back to us right away. They are easy at scheduling. We get a dumpster once a year to clear out the stuff our family has collected. We have used them 4 years now they are really great! read more

These folks have fantastic customer service. CJ was very efficient in getting our bin placed...no issues whatsoever. Bin looked brand new. Called around and they were the best value (and a real person answers the phone). Super easy process! Will definitely use them again. read more

i set up my dumpster rental online, they texted me to tell me approximately when it would arrive so I moved my cars around and they put it right in the place I had cleared. When it was almost 7 days they texted me a reminder that they would be picking it up and what to do if I needed additional time (which I didn't) and it was picked up that day. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely use them again. read more

By far the best rates in town! I was also able to get a bin the very next day. Super friendly service. Will definitely refer to them to anyone looking for this service and will use them again!! read more

Bargain Bins made it easy to rent a dumpster! I ordered online, spoke to the driver briefly when he arrived, and the dumpster was placed perfectly for easy access. We had it full earlier than expected, and the office scheduled an early pickup! We will use them again if we ever have a need. read more

The bin was delivered late in the day so I called to just make sure it was coming. The person who answered the phone said it was on the way and that they would pick up on Thursday this week. At the beginning of the week of pickup, I get a text message reminding me that my bin would be picked up on Friday. No big deal as this give me extra time. I get home early Wednesday afternoon and the bin is gone. I called and the owner answered. She was very rude and she did not want to allow me to speak and constantly spoke over me. She reminded me about the service agreement several times and I acknowledged that I read it but when someone at her place of business tells me something, I have no reason not to believe them. She was quite rude and continuously told me that I should have read the service agreement saying, "I don't know what to tell you." I would have been fine with them picking it up on Wednesday but I was saving the largest items for the end and I did not get to fully use the bin for what I had purchased due to bad information provided to me by phone and through text. I regret using this company. I was very optimistic due to the great reviews. read more

I have had the best experience with Bargain Bins. Their customer service is great and they respond almost immediately. I have rented 3 times from them and will continue doing so. I just had the worst experience with these people. I live in old colo city and it was as if the woman on the phone could not problem ANYTHING. She said we could not put the dumpster in The street, and we could not put it on the median. She then became obsessed with why I do not have a driveway. NONE OF US DO OVER HERE. Then she told me with every question I asked I would be sued. Like no option was possible with this stupid dumpster, so I will go to waste management or some other place. Geez. read more

5 Stars Plus. Excellent customer service and company to deal with. I rented a roll off and quickly found out I needed another. No hesitation in accommodating me. Friendly and quick responses. Roll off was in excellent condition and drivers were able to place it wherever I wanted it. Thank you Bargain Bins for an exceptional experience. Prices were great. Highly recommend to anyone looking. read more
