He was extremely patient with me and my 2 daughters and ensured that we received all of the foundation needed to be confident and accurate shooters. The classroom was comfortable and well-equipped with quality equipment. The course materials and supplements were thorough, relevant, and helpful. Even with more experience in the subject matter than many people, I learned a great deal from Dale and his team in the classroom. The professionalism and quality instruction extended onto the range. Dale is a highly-skilled marksman and one of the most patient and supportive instructors I have trained with -- public and private agencies included. I would not hesitate to recommend Dale Carr and Zoie Protection Group to beginners or the highly experienced.

There was plenty of action going on in the store between customers and people signing up for the range. It was a bit overwhelming but died down a bit as my visit continued. I've been trying to narrow down CCW, competition and home protection guns. Went in to try a few out. The ladies at the rental counter were very helpful. They offered recommendations but I tried a Bodyguard 2.0 for CCW. I love the size of it. The magazine kept falling out but they were helpful with just exchanging it for another to try. I then tried a S&W M&P EZ Shield. It had quite a few safety features without having a thumb safety to toggle. I found it easier to use the front and rear sights on that one than the Bodyguard. Anyway, back to the range. There were 7 bays, it felt a tad bit claustrophobic for me... simply because this was my first time in an indoor range. I normally do outdoor. But it served the purpose and I would definitely return. I decided to purchase and was assisted by Josh, shout out to him... he was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He works on the weekends... ask for him. But I'm sure everyone is just as knowledgeable.

I called again no response then I called just an hour ago at 7:52 PM I get a response. It is Troy B. He answers with an attitude yelling at me saying that I've been calling four times and that he doesn't have time to talk to me because he is busy with his class in a awful attitude and hangs up on me. My little brother doesn't go to his classes for free. We also pay there's no reason for him to yell at me know anybody else for him as the owner should respond with a good attitude and say I'm sorry we have been busy. that's the reason why we haven't been able to answer you. I'll give you a call back in a little if that's OK with you but no, he decides to yell at me like if I'm one of his students so if he yelled at me, can you just imagine how he is with his students! It is unbelievable!! +1 (404) 512-9882 as you can see same number!!

At one point it was…read morewalk-in welcome, then it became by appointment, so I stopped by to see if I could get seen. I was surprised as they said they could take me now however I had a few things in the car that needed to go to the house so I was told to come back at 5:30 and they would take care of me. I came back at 5:30 and it's like the whole vibe was different. Now I'm very aware that these are students, however they are learning to become professionals and therefore you expect professionalism at its best. Sadly, that's not what I got. The students talking amongst themselves with topics that are inappropriate, cussing at each other, eating and drinking at stations . . . However the one that almost had me get up and leave was a roller hit the floor and another student picked it up and acted like she was going to roll my hair with that roller. I had too much product used in my hair - which we discussed prior to starting about - and it would have been nice to be given a towel to put on the back of my neck as the dryer setting was set high in attempts to dry my hair. My hair wasn't completely dry when I left so ultimately the curls didn't hold, but morning you couldn't even tell I had my hair done. Also, if they are talking about other clients in front of me, I know they are talking about me in front of other clients, but once again, this goes back to professionalism or in this case lack of.
