I stored most of my belongings there when I moved out of my dorm. Literally the day I got home, we had a letter from them saying they were increasing the price to $80/month. They seriously doubled the price, and I was too far from Rochester to come back and find a different unit. I suspect they do this because they know students are leaving for the summer and will be stuck paying whatever price the company wants. If you are a student, please find another place to store your stuff. Also, when I came back for the fall, they literally had one big cart and one small cart available. Big cart was being used by someone else, so we asked the office for another one. The lady at the desk tells us they have more on the other end of the building if we want. There wasn't any damage to my belongings or anything, but the price increase and the customer service here is abhorrent.
