From the initial phone call to schedule, walking into the office to a welcoming and friendly staff and being served by various practitioners, I always feel as if they're very personally engaged. Every staff member expresses genuine concern for my issues and relates to their clients with respect and care for their issues. Dr. Kirkland is a pleasant, kind man who always reveals his findings and suggestions with professionalism, encourages questions and it is very reassuring to be under his care.

In addition I was not told they would be using a mallet to install the post prior to it happening which was shocking. I've never experienced that before, but I should've been advised. I'm not sure why we did not graft any bone before the implant but now I'm being told and implant it's not the way to go and I want my money back. I've requested in messages to the office a refund. I'm going to contact Delta dental next. My implant failed within 10 days and I had to leave town

This is a tooth in the front of my mouth and I would have liked some sort of reassurance that a fake could replace it or something. They pushed to have the procedure done that same day without even giving me a chance to consider their assessment. They even seemed hesitant to write a prescription for antibiotics until I asked. As I was getting ready to walk out, I was told that I needed to make a decision quickly, because the antibiotics were just a bandaid.
