So I called the store to file a complaint and after telling the story to a person who didn't get it, I asked for a manager and eventually got to the manager on duty...., Ivan (yes, the same guy that did the terrible job at checking my groceries out). We talked about this for a bit and he basically argued with me and NEVER once apologized for even the possibility of a misunderstanding or that they/he did anything wrong.
