Mutual reputation is at stake. B & N did not disappoint me. It's a family business. They are polite and professional, and do one thing really, really well. I was so pleased with the work they did on my first car's transmission (a complete replacement) that I brought my second vehicle in when it needed the same work done. That particular model and year was prone to transmission problems. When the replacement model also failed within the warranty period, they honoured their work and replaced it again at no charge. There have been no other problems since. I will absolutely go there first for any future work on future vehicles. There isn't a second choice.

They said my car would be about 2 hours..I had a call in just over an hour that it was ready! Reasonable price. Put my all season tires in bags. I didn't have any. Left my radio volume where I left it and my car seat in the right position. All little things but they made this customer happy. Very friendly staff
