My called was answered immediately and I was given a 3 pm time frame (same day) to come to my place. Was called 15 minutes before arrival. Friendly, easy to take to folks, had the issue resolved in less then 10 minutes, found two plugs in the piping under the floor leading to the outside sewer line. Let me tell you, I was utterly wowed the very first day when Rick and his son, Alec, came to give an estimate. At that point, the water was not turned on due to missing valves on the faucet pipes. Rick was kind enough to put the valves on for me so I could have water (and toilets!) for the week until he could come to do the entire job, which was so incredible. All you have to do is watch Rick and Alec for 5 minutes or less before you realize you are in the presence of greatness. I do not say that lightly. Rick is clearly at the top of his field and absolutely knows what he's doing. Alec is very blessed to be learning from his dad and it's clear he's picking it up very well. I am so incredibly impressed, I honestly cannot rave enough. I've worked with many contractors and wannabe contractors over the past several months, please allow me to confirm this is the most professional, knowledgeable, and incredible team in Horry County. I wanted to add one more thing: there was a scheduling delay due to a legitimate emergency on their part. I really needed faucets and Rick went so far above and beyond to help me, I am truly forever grateful. He worked so hard to ensure I had faucets when needed - Rick is the very definition of integrity. I will keep Integrity Plumbing on my speed dial as there is no other plumber for me. Thank you, gentlemen.

In case you get tired of reading, let me just say, DON'T USE LUCAS BOARD PLUMBING!!! You might want…read moreto Google "Lucas Board Plumbing". That should tell you what type of person you would be dealing with. I had firsthand experience with Lucas Board. He did some plumbing work for me and I honestly think a first grader could have done better. Everything he did would not pass code nor inspection. He ruined my vanity, purposely did damage to my shower (IMO) and way overcharged for the work he did. The plumbing line coming out of the wall to the toilet was placed on my baseboard, the shutoff valve was for a dishwasher and he left a hole in the wall. When I brought it to his attention, he asked me, "do you have one of those toilet bowl brushes and a wastebasket?" I answered, "yes". He said, "just set those in front of the hole and you will never notice it". I could go on and on. Check criminal history and lawsuits brought against both Lucas Board and his wife.
