I got a call around 2:15 saying that the window got cracked in transit and they will reorder again!! I asked to speak to a manager and was told he was in a meeting but would call me in 20 minutes. They later returned to install the replacement window and, on a later day, Justin and Billy came to install new "rain glass" over the bath tub in the master bathroom. (The old frosted glass was really ugly from water intrusion through a bad seal.) From start to finish, it has been a 5-star experience.
