If you are not satisfied he will come back as many times as it takes and redo the job until you are happy. We had our carpets cleaned last week and the day after my husband spilled a whole cup of coffee on our white carpet. Coffee is not an easy stain to remove and Matt came back the next day to clean the stain and told us to call if it resurfaces and he will retreat it free of charge.
