These guys were fantastic! Mohammad and Hassan did a great job taking care of me and my auto needs…read more We came together on a price and they even took my trade-in, which wasn't in the best of shape. The Passat I bought from them drives beautifully and the way these guys got that car ready, makes me feel like I have a brand new car and not a used one. I will definitely be back when it's time to get another car.

"EDIT: I appreciate the management and owners for rectifying this issue. They refunded me some of…read moremy money back and gave me a very good deal on fixing the necessary repairs. I hope that something like this never happens again to another customer: especially one who does not have access to online ratings and reviews. -------- I went to the shop yesterday (6/11) to get my car looked at because I noticed a sound the car was making. I took it to the shop and manager had an associate named Ivan to ride my car around and listen for the sound. Ivan told the manager what the issue was and the manager quoted me $192 to repair the damage and fix my car. I came in this morning at about 8:30am to get my car fixed. When I arrived they took my car into the servicing area. About 10am, Ivan came back out and said that he would need to do extra repairs to fix the car properly. Trusting their expert advise, I authorized the new service (which now went to $304) to get my car fixed. Shortly after paying this new amount, Ivan came back out and told the manager that there was more to fix the car. They took me in the area and showed me what was actually wrong with my vehicle and when I went back inside the manager quoted me $358 to fix my car. I feel like this was dishonest because (1) if the new issue was why my car was disabled, why was there no assessment to determine this BEFORE they did the unnecessary work on my car and (2) why tell me that paying $300 would fix my car and turn around right after I pay to ask for $350 MORE. Unable to afford the new price, I drove my car off the lot sounding much worse than it did when I brought it in. I feel like I was being price gouged and furthermore, I took my car do a different shop right after that and they told me that someone had emptied my power steering fluid. I think this was done dishonestly to scare me into having to pay them the additional $350 for the work. No one should have to deal with this type of dishonesty from a business. I didn't tell them what was wrong with my car; I trusted this business to do that for me. And I feel that my trust was misplaced. As for me, I do not trust them as a business anymore."

This is the kind of place to go when you don't want to get ripped off by insurance companies or…read morebody shops that are partnered with insurance companies. Denny does good work and at a staggering low price. For the work I had done, which was to repair some damage from a piece of tire that was left in the road by a truck, cost me about a tenth of what I would have paid at one of those insurance affiliated places. Where he saved money was in the parts. He got the parts direct from Mazda but, he did not over inflate the cost as many other shops do - Denny was totally transparent about the cost as well. I got the parts for what he paid for them. This job would have cost ten times what it did had I gone to one of those slick, trendy looking places (cough) Gerber Collision (cough, cough). Denny is a good a guy and he will work with you. He has a nice little shop including a paint booth and a small lobby area for waiting while your car is being worked on if it is something minor. 12/2/2016 - I had another minor repair to my wheel well where a small piece of road debris cracked up the inner fender well. Denny once again took care of business and had me out the door at a tenth of the cost the dealership wanted. Denny has been in this location for many years. The place was under a different name up until last year. Don't let this low-key place fool you. Denny knows what he is doing and can do it cheaper than any of the "big box" body shops in the area.

I expressed this to the rep Mal and to Drew who handled my paperwork. I was advised that they had a top notch service department and could fix anything wrong with the car. So believing their word I purchased the car. I did not purchase a warranty because it would have put my payments out of my price range adding over $100 to my payment and judging by all of the other complaints it does not cover anything. I took the car back the next day because the oil light was on red meaning there was something wrong with the oil. They assured me there was nothing wrong with it. I drove the car about a week or so and come to find out the horn did not work and i called and took it back to the service center where the fixed the horn and I told the service guy that I still smelled burning oil in the car and he said and I quote "we fixed an oil leak in the car and the oil leaked down in all the cracks and crevices and it's still burning off". I asked how long should I smell burning oil and he said " a while". I then drove the car down to Myrtle Beach which is about a 3 hour drive for me only to have the car break down on me in Myrtle Beach leaving me stranded to find a ride home. I called the dealership again and they came and got the car and took it BACK to their service center for the third time. The service center said that they had to "torque" the bolts in my PCV valve cover gasket and it should be fine now. I drove the car a week and then started smelling that same burning oil smell so this time I did not take the car to their service center but to my own mechanic who informed me of the repairs it needed and why I smelled oil the entire time even on my test drive. They advised me that the oil was leaking way before I purchased this car and each time I took it to their service center there was absolutely no repairs done on this car to try and fix the oil leak. This means that the dealership knew about this oil leak and did not fix it nor did they advise me that there was an oil leak in the car which could cause the engine to fail. The car is valued at $5993 and this repair is $2500, almost half the price of the car. I called the dealership and sent the estimate over and was advised they will not do anything further to assist with this car. I feel like I was defrauded into purchasing this car with this major repair and either they should pay for the repairs at my mechanic shop or return my money and take this car back. I will never recommend them to any of my family and friends and do my best to warn everyone about this fraudulent dealership. Reading the other complaints this is a normal pattern.
