"Johnny on the spot" - arrived less than 1 hr after I was able to get in touch by phone. They were able to locate my cesspool immediately, keeping my front lawn intact, not disturbing irrigation. My cesspool was empty!!! (can you believe it? after 19 years!!) -so the crew accessed the main waste pipe, snaked and cleaned it - large amt of paper debris....the crew hosed off the debris on the driveway - they left everything neat and clean. I immediately started calling around at 7pm and his company was the only one willing to come immediately. Less then an hour later he showed up and legit saved the day!! I guess the cess pool pipping wasnt done correctly which and there was some question as to the actual size of the cess pool I had, and some serious cloggage from toilet paper. Guy walked around and showed me everything be was talking about, because I understood nothing!! And spent the next two hours unclogging our cess pool and pumping it out.
