An oleander is drooping and turning yellow for the same reason. A pop up sprayer doesn't reach all the plants intended. I'm sure Sam would come back and correct the situations if I asked him to. (first time homeowner mistake) we called Danny to come fix this, and not only did he fix the entire valve system (in only a few hours) he repaired and replaced any other broken heads as well as sinking them into the ground (ours all stuck out very awkwardly hence why so many were broken) moved an entire sprinkler line that was placed poorly. (We only asked him to replace the valve system initially, but he offered to fix everything else) he saved us SO much time and saved my sweet dad from having to help us fix all of it ourselves. We tried to be understanding of the situation within the company but the owner was terrible about communicating with us. We finally got what we contracted to have done finished before Thanksgiving with the promise, after we paid him, he would be back in the spring to help us with our sprinkler system, and replace any plants that died. We have been calling since March to schedule a time for him to come out, but he never returns our calls or texts. We hired another company to help us with our sprinkler system this spring as well as finish setting up the water feature. We also contracted someone else to finish planting the back yard and replace all the plants that have died in the front. The quality of the work is satisfactory but we now know from other landscapers in our area that we paid a premium for the work.

It was not uncommon to have untrained workers do a have assed job when they did showed up. They failed to provide the level of service agreed to and when we were able to get the owner to come to the property there were just excuses and promises to improve. The improvements never happened. Basic services were rarely performed as agreed to. It was amazing to me that they billed a month in advance for services. For example, I would receive a bill in the last week of the month that was supposed to cover the services for the following month. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
