Last week during a routine lawn fertilization visit, Rob knocked on my door to let me know he spotted early bug damage in my backyard. He pre-treated the area immediately and let me know someone would follow up. The very next morning, Louis arrived after doing a full lawn assessment. He treated the area again, explained what had caused the damage, and even pointed out some thinning areas in the front yard that they would also take care of -- no extra charge! The following day, Jake and Jon showed up and spent half a day going the extra mile. They hand-dug and reseeded the bug-damaged spots, hand-raked and aerated areas with heavy thatch, and even offered to seed a large bare area where I had previous sinkholes. I didn't even have to ask -- they just cared that much about getting my lawn healthy! Every team member I interacted with -- Rob, Louis, Jake, and Jon -- was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. They kept me fully informed at every step. And the best part?
