I would absolutely not recommend Sandra or SQ Cleaning. I hired her to help my mother, who is…read morecurrently undergoing chemotherapy, but the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. The "deep clean" was incredibly overpriced and poorly executed; items were broken, and the hardwood floors weren't even properly cleaned. The worst part was Sandra's confrontational behavior. I was at work and missed her call, so instead of waiting, she cornered and demanded payment from my mother, violating our agreed-upon arrangement. She was defensive and aggressive. I paid the full amount just to get her out of the house and ensure she never returns. Save your money and your sanity--look elsewhere.

We couldn't be happier with their exceptional work, craftsmanship, attention to detail. They exceeded our expectations across the board. Quote was beyond reasonable and included, within the pricing, so much more than paint and labor! (Pressure washing, repaired one of my front of home columns, sanding shutters, caulking and more!) They were reliable, showed up without question, cleaned up the site after, completed the job ahead of schedule and on budget! The old columns look brand new and my home looks beautiful. So fortunate we found them!

This is a rental property so he had to do a lot of work on repairing the sheet rock before he painted. He did a fantastic job. The place looks absolutely new again. Michale with TCI, completed the requested services and hired him to do. However, there was a lot to…read moreclean up after he completed the job. If I had known to take down the ceiling fans and hanging light fixtures before he scraped the old popcorn off the ceiling we would have paid for someone to come out and do that. The value for the job was reasonable considering he's only been doing this for four years. I had to replace the dining room light fixture because there was no way to clean all of the old popcorn out and fine sanding particles of every crease and crevice. I had to replace every ceiling fan in the house because of the same issue. The grout in my tile flooring had the same gunk on the floor. Also, paint droppings. Michelle did a good job, but he could have done a better job of keeping things clean and cleaning up after himself and his crew. Overall, Michale did a good job. I would recommend him.
