I had a recent bed bug infestation and naturally, the first thing I did was go on Google to search…read moreon all things related to bed bugs. And as I kept flipping between web page to web page, my panic level kept increasing. The more I learned about them, the worse my anxiety grew. Thankfully, I was referred to Zafar from ASM Pest Control. He gave me 110% assurance that he will get rid of them. I was worried that I would have to get rid of my furniture. Especially as I had purchased a brand new Queen mattress - this would not have been financially feasible. Zafar assured me I did not get rid of my furniture. He advised me not to touch anything as he wanted to come and assess the situation and then begin treatment. The entire eradication process took about 4 hours and he even followed up with me 2 weeks later. I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and the ease in which Zafar took control of the situation. He knew my panic was at an all-time high so I especially appreciated the time he took to explain the treatment process. So if you've got bed bugs - trust me, all you need to do is give Zafar a call from ASM Pest Control. He's so polite and informative. I highly recommend!

Zafir was super friendly and non judgemental and so helpful. It ended up just being an annoying flee of some kind. I didn't use his service because my landlord wanted to do it himself, but if I was the home owner I would have had Zafir do it. Despite only charging me for an inspection, he was so nice and checked back with me to see how things were a couple days later. He even offered if I saw anything, he would come back for 10 minutes to give me advice free of charge which I thought was going above and beyond.

Do not use this company! We feel scammed out of $800+! I…read morecontacted this company for flea extermination in my mom's house and yard. They quoted us $200 -575, and then, said that it would be $575 + $175 + GST so to start with, it was expensive, but who wants fleas, right? We wanted it done fast and they were registered on Yelp and with Better Business Bureau and they had some good reviews... I thought I'd done my research. 1. The guy who showed up arrived on foot with a gas mask and spray container. He said that he parked down the street. I saw him leave by foot with a guilty look after I paid him and I swear I saw him drive past in a taxi! 2. He checked for fleas with his flashlight by looking up at the ceiling in one closet. I said that I had just shaken the bath mats and found one, so he picked one up and shook it. He didn't seem to know what he was looking for and he told us that the pest control spray would attract the fleas and that they would take it back to their nest and that would deal with them. Nest?! Fleas don't 'nest'. I should have canceled the appointment right there. 3. He had us leave the house and came out in 10 minutes. "All done," he announced. 10 minutes to spray all door frames and baseboards in a 2000+ sqfoot house? Well, what do we know. We've never dealt with this before. We've never hired exterminators before.... 4. The lady I spoke to on the phone said that we would need to be out of the house for 5-6 hours. "Sam" (short for "Hassam" from Surrey) said, "No, a couple hours only." Hmmm. 5. My 80 year old mom paid the total bill with a cheque and he left. That's when I returned to see him walking away and then, driving away in a taxi. I called the company back and spoke to the 'lady'. She became very defensive and said that it was up to me to do my research and that was my fault. Then, she said that they have to be properly accredited to be approved by Better Business Bureau, and tried to assure me that it would take time and that they would come back if the flea problem was not corrected by 6 weeks... We ended up hiring another company 2 weeks later as the problem was getting worse. What a disaster.

June 22, 2024 I am…read morepleased to recommend Hassan and Sobia's services. Both Hassan and Sobia are very pleasant to talk to and very professional in scheduling appointments and completing work. I initally requested help with a squirrel problem in our atttic. This took about 7 or 8 visits by Hassan to repair/close entry points in our roof, set traps to catch the squirrels, and then several follow-up visits to inspect the attic to make sure squirrels had not returned. During the intial visit and survey of the roof and attic, Hassan pointed out some other issues he noticed: 1) there were several bee nests in the attic ---so I hired Hassan to remove the bee nests. 2) the gutters were full of debris from recent windstorms --- so I hired Hassan to clean the gutters. 3) one of the down pipes attached to the gutter was detached and bent --- so Hassan fixed that. 4) one of the soffits was hanging down a bit so Hassan fixed that. I always appreciate it when someone comes to provide a service and at the same time, points out other unrelated issues that could be a problem. Again, I am pleased to recommend Hassan and Sobia's services. Rob Adams, Surrey

It has been over one year with Top Line Pest Control, and a series of frustrations is what…read moremotivated this review. First, we still have mice and rats. After one year, they are not gone. This is after multiple box refills. Second, the communication is terrible. Sometimes, they do not reply. If you make an appointment, they arrive late. Or, they try to show up at a random time by only giving 20 minutes notice, and then if you are not available, say it is your fault for not answering the phone (in the middle of a weekday / work day). Once it took me over a month to schedule an appointment. Third, at the start of the service, they described that the rodents would eat the poison, then go far away from the property to die. This has not been true, and I have had to dispose of many dead mice and rats. To be honest, I wouldn't mind, because Top Line cannot control where they die. Still, it was either a lie from the outset, or a lack of knowledge on their part, about what would happen when the mice and rats consume the poison. Fourth, what has annoyed most, is that a rat died INSIDE one of the boxes. I asked them to please come and remove it because I physically cannot open the box myself without the key. They said it will cost me $75 for a service charge. After I have already paid them well over $1000 over the course of the past year, and would likely, at this rate, continue paying them for many more box refills. The principle of this is infuriating. They have a key to unlock a box and will only bring it if I pay them, otherwise I have to live with a dead rat on my property?
