I had rented from them several times in the past, and had pretty good experiences. But recently I…read morerented a piece of equipment from them and when I returned it, I noticed a week later a charge for an additional $265. I questioned them on it and they said I went over the hours on the machine by two hours even though I have pictures of the time when I got it and send it back and it was just a little over an hour and they charged me for 2 hrs so thats how they justified the first $100. but, when I rented it, they never told me that I would be responsible for fuel and that if I didn't fill it up before returning it, they would charge me almost 2 times the going rate for diesel fuel. so another $165 for 22 gallons of diesel so $7.50 a gallon. But it gets worse. When I rented it, I told them I had not used the attachment that I was renting and asked if the person was going to be able to give me direction. They delivered it, he gave me some directions that were wrong, so I assumed that one of the functions was not working, which is why it took me so much longer to do the work. When I returned it, they claimed it was fine and I should've called them and they could have helped me figure out the issue. But again, nobody told me there was a hotline. I could call on memorial day weekend. I assumed since their shop wasn't open, I was on my own. I called to politely discuss it, because I was hoping we could at least split the difference or at least have a fair price on the fuel, and essentially they told me to pound sand. Needless to say, I'll never rent from Cardinal again.

I recently had to install a water softener system for my well water. I always had City water and…read morenever had a well before I purchased this house. I interviewed other companies about what I needed to have installed for my water system. They were very expensive. You can imagine my surprise when Dan Moore(Vietnam Vet) did a free water test and he said you don't need this thing or that thing for my system. He sold me a basic system which was all I needed and really wanted. He told me If I desired anything more at any point it could be added. Then I met Doug Dell who installed the system. Even though I tried to make his job easier for him to set up, he insisted on the best set up that fit the area of the installation rather than what was easier for him. I have been impressed by all the people from Culligan Water of North Central Ohio and I highly recommend them for any water needs you might need.

Would give zero stars if it was possible!…read more Never again! After 30 years of bringing them all my drycleaning I am done with this business. The one time they make a mistake and ruined 4 couch pillows, they refused to take responsibility. The tall girl called me a liar when I told her the pillow covers were not like this when I brought them in for cleaning. SHE was the liar! The pillow covers had normal wear-just like every time I brought them in to be cleaned, without a problem. I was shocked to be treated this way after 30 years of no issues. I will not do business with a company that doesn't take responsibility when they screw up, nor with a business that calls me a liar, when it is them that is lying.

Our family was devastated when our mother passed away unexpectedly. As time passed it was time to…read moreclean out her house she lived in for over 50 years. A lot gets accumulated. The family, some from out of state decided on short notice they were all coming in 4 days. The ah-ha moment.. we need a dumpster. In that small town there wasn't a dumpster company to be found. I searched and expanded my search many many miles away and found "Can Do Roll Offs". It was quite a distance to hall a dumpster, but Brett accepted the job. When we found a date everyone was available Brett assured us the dumpster would be at moms house located in an area he doesn't typically service. After we filled up the 10 yard unit, it wasn't long before we realized we need another roll off dumpster. We needed a bigger one. Another day was coordinated amongst the family and "Can Do Roll Offs" had another one delivered for today. The owner sent me a picture showing where he placed it. I was able to forward the picture to family so they were assured they were not coming from out of state and unable to complete the job. They all felt at peice knowing the 20 yard was ready. (I think most everyone in the world has been promised a service and sadly the company doesnt come through). if you live any where in the Mansfield, Ohio and surrounding area, I encourage you to use Can Do Rolloffs for your roll off needs. They are the best reliable service, even on short notice. They aren't just a company, they also care about the customers needs.
